I think the real problem is JW is out of her depth in formulating the questions... She seems clumsy with the subject matter which results in a stilted exchange with her witness...

There's nothing wrong with being a waitress; not at all. It just seems that Jodi was constantly job-hopping, and she had no money, yet she was spendy.
We know she lived with Darryl and just completely stopped paying the bills, yet she bought herself breast implants. She lived with him for a while, while he was picking up the "tab". Then she moved in with her grandparent's --where I would guess that she wasn't paying much towards living expenses; yet she was running around taking time off for trips, and yet, her car was being repossessed because she apparently wasn't able to afford to make payments.
Of course, we all know that she got involved with Darryl while she was a waitress and he was her boss, so who knows what he let her get away with, with regards to blowing off work. Whatever was going on there, he actually either was demoted for it, or as he claims, voluntarily accepted a demotion, so he could date her.
There was apparently also something going on when she worked at the Purple Plum, that we were not allowed to hear about, because it was prejudicial to her.
All in all, she gives the impression of a lousy employee who was going from job-to-job, and a lousy person who was going from meal-ticket to meal-ticket, all the while blowing her money who knows where and letting others take care of her.
I really believe she was living with grandma because she wouldn't have to pay rent. Otherwise, why would she? She had no choice, imo. She had left home apparently at a young age, and she tried to shack up with one guy after another, but it wasn't working out.

Juan needs to ask what percentage of people survive a shot through the frontal lobe. 2 is not an impressive record.
wtf no hemmorage so no injury to the brain!!!
The only reason Jodi looks so uninterested right now is because she knows she shot him last.! Believe me if I shot someone and they were moving and shit afterwards I would want to know why. ,
The judge is allowing a clinical psychologist to give heresay testimony regarding the findings of some unnamed medical examiner??? Arrrrgh.

These answers are so out of his scope of practice, he is pissing me off.
and this guy just testified that "the brain is all interconnected" which I take to mean an injury in one area can effect other areas of the brain.
I don't see that he is really countering Dr. Horn's conclusions.. maybe offering other possibilities at best.

The bullet did go through his brain! It can't have disappeared and reappeared in his bloomin cheek. FFS Jenny!
Here it is - the injury was entirely to the skull bone and face! Did not hit the brain tissue!
Wilmott BOOM! Bombs going off! Recognize!
Obviously Doc G didn't get the memo that this trial needs to wrap it up sometime TODAY & will stay until it is done.
Juan needs to get up there hit his points leaving no door open for a re-cross Get the next sur-surrebuttal witness questioned & off the stand. This is like agony !!

Notice that Jenny left out the part that TA's brain was decomposing. It was like pudding.
