I really hope that this guy is not going to make an argument that Dr. D padded her hours by claiming that she gave irrelevant tests.... IQ and performance (WRAT) tests are imperative when you are asking a client to fill out out forms and you need to know that the person you are dealing with has the ability to speak, write, and read at a minimum level.
Does he realize how much time ALV billed the taxpayers of Arizona? Alyce wasn't even qualified to give tests and she still spent all her time just chattin'.... Like 44 hours of chatting.... And she still couldn't give an adequate and honest viewpoint.

You're going to cram Martinez's final witness in after a full day of testimony to make up for YOUR poor handling of this case over the past 4 months? NICE JOB, Ma'am.

i gotta admit - i wish we could find out what was the final thing jodi did to set off travis to send that email since that what seems to have set off this tragic course off events, i am wondering if maybe she told travis she was pregnant?? wasn't there some thing said some where about her being pregnant and losing it?

you and sneakers are amazing at finding this stuff! the lessons learned article pretty much sums this whole thing up. It totally saddens me that domestic violence and PTSD, which are so very real, have taken such a beating during this freakshow defense.
I am also saddened and a little freaked at the the law. I knew so little. and yet, I still feel I know so little.
I also did not know that I could feel such sympathy for someone I don't know. I feel such sadness watching Travis' family.
I also didn't know what hatred I could feel for another. Stabby makes my insides turn.
I also understand the defense has to present an argument for their client. However, why wasn't it possible to present self defense without slaughtering Travis again? That part I will never understand. The way in which they present this case has made me dislike them, the law, the process, everything!
I am not sure how I feel about all this psych stuff atm. It scares me to think of the repercussions of these Dr's testimony on mental health in general. You just go to the one who says what you want to hear? IDK, I feel a little bummed after the 5 day break that this tragedy seems unending.
Why am I letting ANY of this get to me? oh yeah, because its real. And surreal. and its crazy! and dammit, I feel such pain for Travis' family!
Life will go on, and there will be more freakshows like this one, I am sure. But it really colors my glasses about what is common sense and what is LAW

Really. On the 48 Hours interview she did just weeks after her arrest she introduces herself, quote: "I'm Jodi Arias. I'm an Artist and a Photographer". Um...actually, you're a waitress...who copies pictures from magazines...
I'm watching the trial on mute too. Once in awhile I turn it on. Like you, I've about had it with JW nd the witnesses voice.
