Is it possible that the SD card is a mini SD, and the sony card was the adapter to make a mini SD fit in a sony camera?

Im sorry, I dont know what the card evidence is but I know there are a lot of adapters out there to make just about any card fit into just about any device. If you know enough about programming you can change the format of the card to make it read or play on pretty much anything that takes one.
I would think something as important as the photographic evidence would be pretty straight forward.. but I have no idea really!!

On why Jodi killed him at that time -- because in that fight they had, Travis revealed he finally figured out who she was, he wasn't fooled anymore.

What did Travis have on Jodi -- Jodi had done something very bad -- worse than all the stalking/slashing/lying -- but we could never determine what exactly that was. But it was big.

You wrote Jodi that you wouldn't let Travis date your sister -- it was because Travis 1) was still in love with Deanna and 2) had trouble committing. Nothing "bad", just that.

Jodi broke into Travis' account and forwarded every email between Travis and other girls to her own account.

Travis sent emails to himself saying, "Jodi, you are caught. get off my accounts."

Jodi stood outside a door and listened to a conversation between Travis and Deanna.

When Travis would use the restroom, Jodi would stand outside the door and he didn't know she was there.

Jodi would get upset when Travis wouldn't look into her eyes, and went and pouted in her room.

Jodi would panic when Travis was out of her sight, "Have you seen Travis? Do you know where Travis is?

"Really Strange. Really obsessed.

She's fucking creepier than we thought.

I presume you are referring to your previous post where you inserted your comments into the post you were attempting to quote. (Hint, stop using the letter 'c' where the letter 's' is called for. It's decisive not decicive; responsibility not responcibility.) For a moment I feared that Sneakers had suffered a cerebrovascular accident, (CVA) when I detected those alarming deviations from the well- written, balanced, rational and logical, approach that is ingrained in everything she/he puts up on this board.

Clarity and coherence are important in getting your point of view across and they require some thought before the keyboard is engaged.

Thanx! Do you'd remember where the evidence bag pic is? Chances are we're just not going to be able to tell from pix. If we're lucky it'll look exactly like either the SD or the Memory Stick. I just don't know if there's variation between different brands of SD cards & maybe blinks only half right. Maybe there's 2 cards & they're both memory sticks but one had never been in the camera? It's just too weird that 2 people, experienced in evidence handling would each claim to have found the same item in such different ways & then store the item, not in it's own allotted evidence bag, but with another evidence item?? Just that is weird enough, but add the rest?..I don't know...it's weird & it doesn't change what happened but it'd sure as hell throw the case into disarray if this had been screwed up

SD cards are all the same, except for micro SD which fit into an adapter that makes it work the same as an SD card.

Someone earlier mention Victim Impact statements. (I had made a post earlier quoting this person) but it vanished to a moderator and I never saw it again. That's neither here non there...
However I was always under the impression that VIS can include pretty much anything (within reason, of course). But I was watching a 48 Hours Mystery a few days ago about an horrific home invasion, in which a young mother was murdered. At the trial, the woman's mother gave a VIS and told the killer to "go to Hell" and "rot in hell". I was surprised when the judge kind of admonished her and told her to be "moderate" her statement! Is this unusual? Or is there special stipulations around the VIS? TIA! I am so clueless!
