Ooo just thought of something.
Kill you bitch!
OR was it
Kill you (son of a) bitch!
???
I already posted about this too. Regardless of how ridiculous her theories may have been in the past, this time it's worryingly possible she's on to something. It's what she's onto that I'm not sure of. That camera does NOT take SD or micro SD cards according to the product description that was linked last time we discussed this. If an SD was found in the washing machine, AND there was a Sony Memory Stick IN the camera & the prosecution has unknowingly used photos from both to argue their case then surely that is a huge fuckup. One of the cards was described in testimony as a SIM card at one point. Maybe the pre-trial, private discussions got totally messed up because he was unfamiliar with the differences in storage devices? Some of you said the Detective sounded different, possibly stressed last time he testified. Maybe they'd realised there were 2 different cards & they were waiting to see if the defence had figured it out too? I'll find the original conversation & edit this post with the pg numbers.
ETA - Ok, I think it's first mention came from NC Blonde (who I will note here is sceptical as are most posters in this thread - just to minimise everyone having to repeat their disapproval & adding to this monster of a thread - I accept 99.9% of posters think there is 0% merit to any of this).
However, anyone intrigued by the apparent discrepancies & interested in seeing the camera specifications NCB linked + the parts of the discussion I managed to find can see :
pg 643, NCB's post no. 16062, mine on pg 646 no. 16138 & pg 681 no. 17016. There were more posts in response to NC's, but mostly they just made it clear how they felt & didn't discuss the detail. That was the only reason I havn't listed them all, & not because I was trying to minimise the opposition to her suggestions

Part of premeditation:
Jodi was wearing the long pants and socks. Temp was said to be some 100 degrees that day. If it was self defense at sput of moment, she would have been dressed as most Arizonans (especially preparing for a car trip) in shorts and tank top or some version.
And not socks! Even in yreka when she was arrested she has white pants and summer top and no socks (as can be seen in head stand). And yreka is a LOT cooler than mesa. Just some thoughts.

Why don't you ask the administration to remove what you have done?
What do you mean by "later on in this thread?" Don't you mean "earlier on in this thread?" I presume you are referring to your previous post where you inserted your comments into the post you were attempting to quote. (Hint, stop using the letter 'c' where the letter 's' is called for. It's decisive not decicive; responsibility not responcibility.) For a moment I feared that Sneakers had suffered a cerebrovascular accident, (CVA) when I detected those alarming deviations from the well- written, balanced, rational and logical, approach that is ingrained in everything she/he puts up on this board.
Clarity and coherence are important in getting your point of view across and they require some thought before the keyboard is engaged.

Welcome!!!
Excellent post. I think you're onto something with the "burglary" not being mentioned to Travis in the email. Sure as anything she would have tried to use something like that to garner sympathy from Travis, another tool to make him feel sorry for her and not abandon her. So yes, very odd that she didn't mention it. Nice catch.
I just wanted to point out that SD stands for Secure Digital not SanDisk. The Sony memory stick looks very similar.
If you go to .43 on this video, Heather is describing the items that were in the washer as they are entered into evidence. JM calls it a SIM card (subscriber identity module), but she refers to it as a memory card. Then there is the camera and a door from the camera in another evidence bag. There's a power cord with the camera, but it wasn't taken out of the washer.
The State vs. Jodi Arias Facebook page has posted this video of Dr. Hayes, who they claim Juan Martinez is trying to call as a witness. Say it isn't so! Talk about a hired gun!
