If she pulls a "migraine" this week, that will put the jury in overdrive with emotion. She knows she's not the center of attention anymore and that's bugging her. Her spotlight time is over. I won't be surprised we get her hair draped over her face on Juan's day. She looks so ridiculous when she does that because there really are no tears, just obvious snot from her nose while she peeks out between her fingers. I've never seen anyone cry with their nose before. The only day she might have cried was when she came to court the day of the sex tapes.

I don't think the judge will allow court to be cancelled this time due to a Stabby "migraine". She sounded like she meant business the other day in court.

I think that last pic of him alive is haunting. I think it was when he sees the knife in her hand. In order to stand up in that small shower, he would have to put his hands down to get back on his feet. This would have left his chest exposed. He was probably thinking that he would talk her down, by the time he realized her intentions it was way too late.

Yes it really is so haunting.
There is the close up of his face, where it appears he is seated. That one is taken at 5:29:20. And then at 5:30:30 is the photo of just the lower half of his body, still seated. It does seem weird that he would stay sitting for that long if she had the weapon out. It seems like when she took the picture of his face she would have to be kneeling or crouched so she was level with him but then the next photo (5:30:30) the angle is different. like maybe she starting to stand up or moving over to reach for the weapon (which i think she might have been keeping in her backpack near the bathtub.)
I do think you are right, he was probably trying to get up and had his hands on the shower floor when she stabbed him in the chest. She was waiting for that moment where he was completely vulnerable.

I believe he was ambushed. He knew nothing about the knife and definitely not the gun. Maybe she really did pitch him on the idea of a Psycho shower photo shoot? The similarities in some of the pics are too compelling to be completely brushed off. By doing so, she could have been directing him at a time when he's most vulnerable. He knew she was batshit crazy but not this fucked in the head dangerous or he'd have never even let her in his home.

What really bugs the CRAP out of me is the know it alls around here that misconstrue content, even though I may have written it poorly, I think it is obvious I think she did it all. I tend to agree, with all of those crazy road trips from CA to AZ leaving from work and back to work the next she had to be doing something. I know adrenaline can cause a mighty rush, but I think she had some non-human help.

Agreed, poprocks! Adderall or some kind of prescription amphetamine (ritalin, vyvanse, etc.) definitely wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. But, TMY1, unless the she'd been taking it regularly it would have been out of her system by the time they took her in for questioning.

But I don't care for the attacks on his appearance. Honestly, I doubt she'd include anything even remotely incriminating in her jail journal. Her original journal is filled with lies, so why would this one be different, y'know?

I think they will sedate her before court that day, but my money is on barely suppressed rage. Jaw set, stony face, noticeable reddening of her neck and face, fist clenching. I wouldn't put it past her to scribble furiously while the verdict is read, not acknowledging anyone in the court--similar to what she did while Dr. DeMarte was on the stand.

Now! I know the police are overworked and probably in a state of perpetual fatigue from spending time investigating crime scenes during the hours most of us are asleep. It does appear obvious, however, that absolute clarity and accuracy is essential in reporting and recording their observations. Careless mistakes like this have consequences and show up in testimony like when, for example, Flores testified to having been told something about the sequence of the gunshot by the Medical Examiner that the Dr. denied ever having said. That has become a major point of contention in this trial and probably could have been avoided if more care was taken--or a procedure to ensure fact-checking and proof-reading was employed in preparing these reports. Accuracy is no longer expected of the media, but it is certainly demanded of the police. The admonition, "anything you say may be used against you" applies to the police as well as to a crime suspect. Perhaps they should all be given Miranda warnings.
