There is only one way to identify which juror is asking questions; be in court and watch the basket. The judge reads the questions in order received. But, I believe it's been said that juror pass their questions over, and that 1 juror who is behind the basket, deposits them.

So, you could trace the questions I guess, if you had someone watching the jurors' every move. Even then, I think it would be hard to monitor 15-16 people at the same time (18 originally), to see when each is passing paper. You'd have to have more than 1 watcher I'd think. In the defense's case, it could certainly be the mitigation specialist, some of Jodi's family, Donovan, etc. But, that person or people, would have to just constantly watch the jurors. So, it can be done, but it would be difficult, imo.

How do you know Travis was still alvie when his throat cut? Lots of blood shows his heart was still pumping
How many time have you worked on cased involving 25 cal? 100-200 times

I don't think any of the jury questions point to anyone having heard something from the media, etc...

The state rested today peeps. The judge just forgot to give him a second to say it. She started to release the jury and JM had to get it in there real quick. You can hear him say it twice right as the jury is about to leave.

That sucks. I guess next Wednesday we can look forward to an entire day of defense testimony of their psych. With as long as it took for the other 2 defense psychs, what makes them think the defense is going to get through it all in 1 day. Then we have cross, ect ect...

I don't think you understood what I was saying. How could she shoot him standing? He had to be down and on the ground due to the angle of entry of the bullet. So, my point is this; he could not have been attacking her from the angle of the bullet entry wound, so she lied about him attacking her. She is only 5'6" tall. Now, if she were 6', that would be a different scenario.

I am learning so much about trials. It amazes me how complicated it can all be. I would hate to be an attorney. It takes a certain nature. I don't have it.

Seems like one of the questions was about blood in middle of bathroom floor. I don't recall a photo being shown of the bathroom floor after he died. Does anyone else? I have seen photos afterward. So, I am thinking that is the question that could maybe get him dismissed.

Denn, the question was okayed by both prosecution and defense, and the judge, before it was asked. Forgive me for losing some patience here, but you sometimes seem to ask questions just for the sake of asking questions. Jesus.

What has been bothering me in this trial is all that "pedo" & "abuser" fuckery the DT has been using to defend JA, I was waiting for the "he also stole candy from kids" statement to be used. Why do the court allows that kind of allegations that were proved to be lies??? all this fucking circus they made looks like something the Holy Inquisition's informers would do.

I think is low to trash talk (at leats in this case) about somebody that was viciously murdered just to save their client, but I supposed is why they are getting paid for.

In the autopsy, Dr. Horn could see where the bullet entered the skull and where it exited the skull. The frontal lobe is between these two points, so the bullet had to go through his frontal lobe.

If I recall from Dr. Horn's original testimony, he pointed toward a spot between the eyes as where the bullet exited the skull cavity. From there, the bullet traveled thru Travis's face, stopping in his upper cheek somewhere. The potential deflection locations would be when the bullet exits the skull or when it hits his cheekbone.

If you look at those 3 points on Travis's face, it doesn't appear much deflection occurred.

The bullet did not exit the skull - it lodged in behind the cheek, which is still part of the skull. No exit wound.

Exactly! And I recall the ME testifying that the chest wound would have eventually caused death, without treatment. But it would have been a slower loss of blood, because it was NOT an artery. When his throat was slashed......then, he was done. And there is no doubt that the throat injury occurred at the end of the hallway.....the farthest point he was able to crawl away from her, before she hunted him down with the last and most vicious slash.

Well, to be honest, I did not KNOW they judge approves questions along with the attorneys. AND, someone else brought it up.

That being said, I just can't stand it when they have these defense attorneys on all of HLN's programs, debating with the prosecution attorneys. It seems like the only reason they defend Wilmott or Nurmi's tactics in this case, is because THEY are defense lawyers themselves. They can't even possibly look at the actual evidence and open their minds up for the sake of the case...They're just being contrary to be contrary, and it's exhausting. I guess I just shouldn't watch if it irritates me that much!

I am done with this site. I have not watched this trial from day one, nor have I seen consecutive days of trial testimony. It seems to be, that I was taught in school - there is no stupid question. Asking questions is about trying to understand and learn. Forgive me if I don't want to walk through life ignorant. Some of these people on this site seem to have all the answers. I agree, they totally ignore the actual EVIDENCE and just go along with whatever whacked out thing the DT is trying to pull for the sole reason that they are a defense attorney as well. If these people were such great attorneys, why aren't they out WORKING instead of watching the Jodi Arias trial every day just to get on TV????

In fact ALV might well say that his not dying fast enough was abusive of poor Jodi. She had to chase him down the hall and everything. It was stressful for her, the poor darling. How inconsiderate and abusive of him. Men, sheesh.

And the nerve, the nerve of that man making her shoot him at last moment thereby linking the bullet casing at the scene to the fake robbery at Granny's house. What a bastard.
