that is the dumbest argument. EVER. so she was walking now? k. more indication of premeditation then. you just said it. she would have had to evaluate the mechanics involved with that shelving, specifically. measure shelves, gather measurements of foot. figure out physics of exactly WHERE to place foot on that shelf to get up and grab the well remembered gun, and do it so neatly and smoothly as to NOT disturb anything in closet, ... genius.

They really do. No matter what evidence comes up, they rationalize it away. IMO, the only way one could truly believe what the people on JAII say they believe, is for these people to be able to imagine themselves doing the same thing to someone. That's very disturbing. I can't contemplate being able to stab someone 27+ times, shoot them in the face, and slit their throat from ear to ear (and believe me, I had MUCH more reason to do so to my ex-husband than Jodi will EVER fathom). Maybe a shot to the head..nope, not even that. I just can't imagine. You can't be mentally ok before or after doing that. To defend someone who is capable of doing something like that baffles me. If they think it's ok for Jodi to do it, do they also think it would be ok for them to do it too? And these people are walking among us..very scary.
