I agree that ship has sailed. No one knew what lies the skank would make up, not even the skank herself, but IF we had (considering how much time we're now spending in the closet), it could have been useful for the prosecution. That's all I was inferring with the statement.
Brilliant, the Arias channel. lol They will do what they've always done, put the screaming hosts out with idiot guests scripted to nonsense. ugh
But with the racial trial coming up, they will jump on that. I think that is going to be the big trial of the decade. A lot of bigots left in this world![]()

Trayvon Martin? Although, I doubt it will be televised.
Make a tread called TA/JA trial withdrawals where we can talk about it and comfort each other as we try to go back on with life
Erasing then coloring again.....![]()

Whoever the juror was that caught the attic lie is a legend, I really hope they make it on to the jury.
Forgive me if I missed this previously but what is the significance of the story Jodi told about helping Travis move boxes into the attic?
Btw I just got home from work and am trying to catch up with today's testimony (ugh unfortunately on HLN ick) and can I just say how much I LOVE today?! She's SCREWED :)

Agreed. It?d be awesome if they?d known all of it ? but who knows what Jodi will say from one moment to the next. I think even her own lawyers have looked pretty surprised at some of the things she seemed to make up on the fly. SHE doesn?t even know what she is going to say from one moment to the next (hence the multiple stories). You can?t pin down crazy!
However, I think far more powerful than any dust spot (which, considering they didn?t find Travis for 5 days and how fast dust accumulates here in the PHX valley, may have been unusable anyway) is the fact that Travis did not own ANY of the items a gun owner would have. No cleaning kit? No bullets? No holster? No nothing?!? No way? We have a .45 and we have a whole bag full of stuff for when we go to the range.
Thankfully there has been SO much evidence disproving her lies (including common sense as well as hard evidence) that it makes her claim even more implausible than it was to begin with.
That's what Twitter is for
Yes, at 9:30 am. Guessing state will rest. I think defense is going to get their sur rebuttal. Hope I'm wrong
She knows it's over. She's already moved on o what she's going to do after verdict/sentencing. Trying to figure what her next set of lies should be and how she's going to represent herself. I expect to see her file an "ineffective counsel" motion.
She'll be penciless I'm sure for awhile after verdict/sentencing though due to her "suicidal ideations" and self proclaimed previous attempt. Suicide watch for her in a nice quiet cell with no sharp objects allowed and a paper nightie.
Would Juan end his case with the ME? What could he testify to that he has not already? What are your thoughts?
Could it be a succession of witnesses next Wednesday rather that one?
I don't know but I sure hope this board doesn't suffer a melt down while we have another long break. It gets real antsy around here when we are for the waiting for trial to resume.
The story Arias told about the pedo day was connected to when she went over there, unnanounced, to keep a long-standing commitment to help him store Xmas decorations in the attic. Now Flores says, there was nothing stored up there. The juror must have remembered Jodi's story and used the opportunity to clear up any doubt/confusion and to check on the truth of what Arias said on the witness stand.

What did everyone think of the defence team wheeling in granny and slapping a dom/viol ribbon on her? Desperate much?
Does anybody know if any of the stations have a text messaging alert system for this trial? I remember for the CA trial, I believe it was FOX or another local channel that had once and it was the way I was able to find out the jury had come to a verdict.
