I think the bank account meddling could be the last straw? Not definite of course, since we don't really know what this is all about. But, imagine if she was stealing from him, on top of all the other things she had done to him, and then he was trying to help her out financially and taking her on trips.
It doesn't seem right, but DT will probably argue "prejudicial" or that they will need to bring their own experts on to re-but Martinez's rebuttal witnesses. Like they are trying to do with Dr. D on the Borderline Personality Disorder stuff.
This judge has let the Defense Team get away with a lot of shenanigans in this case, because she doesn't want to give them any reason to get things overturned on appeal. So, it's possible that she would decide that rather than allowing the defense to bring in a new witness for each of the remaining rebuttal witnesses, that she could just exclude Martinez's remaining witnesses and their testimony.
I admit it's highly illogical. But, who knows?
WAT just tweeted that this was changed from an open hearing and so we will not be seeing it.

They've seen the ultragraphic neck wound pics. they didn't show them in on the stream but certain people have access to them. But they were shown to the jury.
If you watch testimony from the day Dr. Horne testified, you can see JM go through each photo with him and the ones that were too graphic you only hear him ask questions about them but they weren't shown on the feed.
BTW the day that they showed the camera pics (of Jodi's lady bits, etc), they didn't actually show them during live stream but then after that session, there was some sort of fluke they ended up being shown without audio.
That was the first day I watched the stream and I was like WTF kind of trial is this?!![]()

JM questioned Stabby about this when he was doing his cross exam of her.
Two testified yesterday.
He's on glue. He should read Flores's report.
[QUOTE=aaronsmommy;3399886] I'm firmly in the gun shot wound came last camp. This is still the most reasonable explanation/recreation of how it might of happened that I've seen
seems like that's what's usually used to keep out otherwise relevant evidence...
but okay so they literally have seen the neck wound while he's on the ME's table? the "worst of the worst" that we have access to on the internet? If so I'm glad.. like you said, that's the gruesome reality of what JA did.

Was just told the judge might open up the hearing. Stay tuned.. will let you know as soon as we get final word from the judge
Oops, my bad!
I know there are photos that we had not seen, and there are probably more. Whether the jury gets to see them all, or whether they may have even seen ones that we didn't, I'm not sure. I would have to think that there's no way that photos could be kept from the jury, no matter how much the defense like to holler "prejudicial!", because it's all actual evidence of the crime Jodi has admitted to committing.

AND the hunky ME also stated multiple times to the ditzy Jenny that the gunshot passed THRU the brain, the frontal lobe. had to repeat it 3 times I think before Jenny figured out that it wasn't the JFK magic bullet theory
I don't believe she needed/tried for more than one shot.
But if the gun was a bit older, and being a .25 caliber automatic, it's likely the gun just jammed on its own.
.25ACP guns tended to be poorly made, cheap guns. They sometimes didn't have even blowback to fully cycle the slide for a rechambering.
Oftentimes these tiny guns were so difficult to get a tight grasp on that the gun moving in the shooter's hand absorbed too much recoil for the discharge to cycle a rechambering.
Dangerous little automatics, in my experience, that easily jammed.
OT i know, Susan buried the guy in the backyard and didn't say anything for like a week, hubby underground in backyard for a WEEK . ick. and that whackydoodle will be up for getting out in 2014. skeery.
