I really want to see something about Jodi hacking into his stuff. Like for example, she said they exchanged email passwords. Who the eff does that with someone they've only recently started dating? Is there some record of him actually consenting to this? Doubt it. I'm also curious about the text she "accidentally" sent to Travis that she says was intended for another person. If that was really true (pfffft) then it seems like she would have resent the message to the intended recipient. Somehow I doubt that's the case...
I'm crossing my fingers for this. Didn't someone mention that she had accessed his bank accounts at some point? Or maybe this lady can tell if his account was accessed from locations/computers other than Travis's. I think the May 26 blow up is directly related to the hacking/invading crap. Maybe she tried something to sabotage him--sent an email to his lady friend pretending to be him, scewed with his money, did something that would affect his upcoming trip.
I don't think his anger was over any kind of pedo accusations. Those didn't surface until the bitch was denied lesser charges. I also don't believe she was going to blackmail him by telling the bishop or the church or whatever about his [adult] sexytimes. If I understand correctly, the church community didn't regard her highly. It had to have been something else.

IF this one witness is in fact the Fraud Prevention expert from JP Morgan Chase, well, they should be able to tell if his account was accessed by someone other than Travis. I have an account with Wells Fargo, and I had to deal with their Fraud Dept. this past summer. They called me up and said that they thought someone was trying to unlawfully access my bank account. How did they know? Well, they knew where the person was trying to log-in from --what city/state. For some reason, they could tell me the actual location where the person had been trying to access, but they asked me if I personally had been out of town, etc. at the time of the attempted access. I hadn't been and I certainly didn't authorize anyone else on my account. So, they knew someone was trying to breach it.
I think they could possibly have done the same thing with Jodi. IF this is what it's about, then they can confirm that withdrawals or transfers or whatever were attempted from a location other than Mesa, when Travis was known to be in Mesa. In a case like this, I think they could probably just flat-out say that the account was accessed from say, Yreka, because this is in an actual court of law. I would think that legally, they could be compelled to reveal that info.
Of course, this might just be about Jodi's accounts for some reason. I know she was Washington Mutual, which is owned by Chase aka JP Morgan Chase. No idea about Travis' bank though.

The main trait of Arias that stands out from the police interrogation recordings to her cumulative behavior in the courtroom is that of being blatantly disrespectful to anyone and everyone that she can't sponge off of at that moment. Blatantly and openly disrespectful, and just doesn't give a fuck.
Astonished that apparently no one from the defense team (as moronic as those tools are) long ago informed Arias that her demeanor is a turnoff and she isn't doing herself any favors. I guess I shouldn't be THAT astonished as Nurmi clearly lacks any decorum, slouching so fucking far back when he just sits there for hours then when he IS doing the questioning (poorly, I might add) he openly belches and grabs his crank occasionally. I don't care for Nurmi's area of private practice, or the tactic he used with the Hughes but I don't think he has any warm fuzzy feelings for Jodi. He didn't want the case, but couldn't get out of it. His body language is very guarded. His own website says:

If he actually believes this, which he probably does if he chose that area of law, than he must know Jodi is full of it with her pedo allegations. I would imagine that having worked with real sex offenders, and also with those falsely accused, must make it very awkward for him to defend Jodi.

I just can't even begin to understand what the writer is thinking with this. First off, she says that there were 2 memory cards for Travis' camera. Says who? As I recall, there has only ever been 1 card in evidence. She bases this on the incorrect claim that Travis' camera did not take the blue Sandisk style memory card because it was too big (standard size) and only took micro-SD cards.
Patently untrue. http://store.sony.com/p/DSC-H9/en/p/DSCH9 That particular camera takes 2 sizes of memory card. If you google the card types, you will see the first kind is indeed micro, the second one however -- the Memory Stick PRO Duo -- is of standard size. And while I'm sure Sony would prefer their customers to buy their more expensive SD cards, it's not necessary. A standard SD card is a standard SD card and will work. It does not have to be Sony.
That's not even scratching the surface of whacky though. This person is claiming that the naked pictures were taken at a different time -- not the day of the murder -- and with Jodi's camera, and then transferred by Jodi onto Travis' camera. What?
Why on earth would Jodi take older pics and transfer them to Travis' camera? Makes no sense to me. The writer suggests that -- still under the impression that they couldn't just swap memory cards -- that Jodi used Travis' computer to get the pics off her camera and put them on Travis' camera.
Great theory, except they would've been found by the police detective computer guy who was on the stand today. Having been allegedly put onto Travis' computer of the day of the murder, they certainly would not be written over and would've been easily retrievable, even if deleted. But, let's assume she just popped her memory card into his camera and copied the pics, which is doable. Why the hell would she?
The writer seems to be suggesting it's to throw off law enforcement, by making it look as though she was there that day -- as an invited guest? Why? I guess I have to make a guess since it doesn't seem to be spelled out. To shoot down the idea of premeditation and sell it as "heat of the moment"? Still makes no sense. But, if so, why put them on the camera to dispell the idea of premeditation, and then delete them?
Are we to believe that Jodi knew they would be retrievable? If so, she would have to know that the murder photos would also be retrievable. So why do that and why leave the card behind instead of just taking it?
Crazier than that, we're to believe this writer that at least 2 computer experts couldn't tell from the photo data (EXIF) that those Jodi/Travis pictures weren't taken with Travis' camera? Are they idiots or just incompetent in this writer's eyes?
Funny thing is, the writer is saying this is a pro-prosecution thing. Because according to this person, they believe Jodi just showed up out of the blue -- long after 4am -- and killed Travis immediately, thus, proving it was premeditation, in that was her only goal in going there.
Now, I certainly believe Jodi went there with the intent to kill Travis. But this writer's claims seem like a lot of hogwash to me. The police are portrayed as either incompetent with handling the camera stuff, or maybe she's even accusing them of outright lying -- the claim that there were 2 memory cards. She's also portraying the computer experts being too stupid to do their jobs. I just can't believe someone wrote this.
