I hope that we get to look at Dr. Horne again
Does anyone know if there is a hearing tomorrow morning?

There is an important distinction between 'Chaos' and 'Order.' The Trial process strives to overcome the former, and re-establish the latter. We are all invested in that. We can't live our lives in an environment of perpetual chaos that accepts the scene in Travis's bathroom on June 4, 2008, as an inevitable part of our existence. Jodi Arias is a figure that brought chaos to everything she touched. Whatever failings she may have found in Travis, she went on to make them worse. Travis did not threaten the life of any other human being. Jodi Arias ended one. Bloody murder is an attack on every value we cherish. Why would anyone disagree with that? Who would want Jodi Arias--or someone like her--out there amongst us once again bringing more destruction to the lives of others than she has already done.

I assume the recall of Dr. Horne is to re-emphasize that the gun shot came last?

I googled Suzie Dittman and came up with someone who is a Fraud Investigator for JP Morgan, out of Phoenix, AZ. Could this be the woman on the witness list? What would she be doing in this trial?

The def. also requested the court to add an instruction to the jurors' charging document for them to follow during deliberations. The proposed instruction would explain manslaughter by sudden quarrel or heat of passion.

In Arizona, if someone intentionally or knowingly kills a person without premeditation, the defendant could be charged with the crime of second-degree murder. However, if the jury believes the victim attacked the defendant, and if it was enough to incite the defendant's actions, then the intentional killing would fall under the lesser crime of manslaughter.

This was my own screen shot of that moment when Deanna explained that Travis had good memories about his Dad. I realize pics similar to this have previously been posted. I just want to remind everyone who this fight is for. This family has been demonized for crying and rolling their eyes, when things about Travis are being misrepresented. Travis had a tragic life, but he's no longer in pain and I hope in peace. The true victims right now, are the people whose brother was viciously, savagely murdered in a most gruesome way. They have to live with this. They have to live with those murder pictures. They are going to miss him every single holiday, his birthday, his death day, sibling marriages, births, ect ect...Jodi stole those moments from Travis, and she stole those moments from Travis. They have to live with the gruesome playbacks of what may have happened that day. If anyone deserves the diagnosis of (PTSD), it would be the family. They will ache every day for the rest of their lives. Jodi caused her own PTSD. My heart breaks for these sisters and brother(')s who sit there in that courtroom day after day, reliving this. They did nothing to deserve this, and neither did Travis. These pics make me ache inside for them. I have lost many people in my life, but I can't even fathom the horror that Travis went though that day, and the nightmare his family will never go away.

Wouldn't this go against her claim of not being able to remember anything? Her fog rolled in too quickly...

I just re-watched a few minutes of HLN showing when Stabby is pretending to cry today. She made a good faith attempt and used a tissue to wipe absolutely nothing from her face. She then shot a sly look at the jury to make sure they noticed. THIS is why I absolutely despise this sneaky, conniving killer bitch. No tears whatsoever. I think she is practicing making her nose red.

What other receipts was Juan waving around? Jodi's bank accounts - overdrawn? Money taken from Travis' accounts? Hmm... has to be something brought up during the defense phase.

I hope he's being called to remind the jury of his testimony that Travis would have been "immediately incapacitated" by the gunshot to the head, and not chasing Jodi around threatening her. Also the BULLET TRAJECTORY that was downward, fired from above, NOT fired at Travis charging Jodi 'like a linebacker'.

Two very important things that completely contradict her self-defense story.

I really think he tries hard to be the "rock" but that has got to be so hard.
It was probably a break down moment because, Samantha is crying, & what brother could hold up under that pressure...

My heart goes out to all of them for standing so so strong throughout this whole ordeal. I personally know I couldn't be trusted, they'd have me hurled from that courtroom, or even banned from the entire state for my outbursts & my inability to keep my self composure.
They really do portray a strong close knit family despite the circumstance.

Ooohhh proof Stabby hacked TA's bank accounts? Is that too much to hope for? Or possibly to show that Stabby was overdrawn because she was bouncing checks and never had any money to lend to TA as she claims.

I am watching this afternoon now, can anyone understand what Nurmi asks at 39:20? It sounds like "cork the pop of a little girl?"

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1GwwiSAEPk

what courage Ms. Reed has! she stays composed. how could Nurmi pull that email on her by surprise? wouldn't Juan have had to see it before and shown it to her?
She will make someone a fine wife and mother. She is articulate and responsible and seems very kind.

I would have said, "Mr. Nurmi, he has never called me ANY names! must you list them all?" stfu already...did he really have to bring up the penis pic and close-ups of an anus?

It is obvious she had not heard the sex recording. she handled herself very well imo.

I honestly don't see how the defense could prevent the prosecution from presenting its case. If these witnesses don't get let in AND the defense gets to add manslaughter and have a surrebuttal case - thats just wrong
I wonder if one of the other 5 is someone from cancun PPL? This witness would probably show that JA was initially on the cancun trip but was replaced with Mimi Hall in May (2008). I could see the defense wanting to keep them out because it would show motivation!

Also. Here's another pic of Deanna and Travis. They were a cute couple

With my headphones it sounds like he's saying "Did he ever tell you about wanting to cork the pot of a little girl."

Oh, I think there's some pot involved here, on the defense team's part.

i actually did fall asleep during Nurmi's questioning today.

At the beginning of this trial fiasco, I was willing to give Palin the benefit of the doubt in terms of her acting as defense council. I try to understand that even if I feel that we should lock that murderous creature away forever, the system allows for a reasonable defense. In addition, if JA gets the DP, there will be automatic appeals and the most popular one is to claim ineffective council. That being said, today was just vile and completely disgusting. The way that she is passing notes and not giving the witnesses the respect they deserve makes me ill.
