I think you have to look at the fact that anyone who may have gotten bashed in this thread is also someone who has sipped the Kool-Aid and is trying to insult the collective intelligence of the jury, the court, and anyone else who has an interest in this trial. They aren't getting insulted because they are Pro-Jo, we are having a reaction to the idea of buying into these lies and making mock of our judicial system with them. Although it may not be the most mature thing to do, it is realistically all most of us have when it comes to venting our frustation.

It is a little difficult to accept someone calling Lisa or Deanna names because they are truly innocent of everything beside knowing and loving Travis. On the other hand...

Jodi and Palin sure seemed awful happy when they came out of chambers. That is concerning.

I think she gets a thrill out of being in Chambers with TA's family. It's utterly sickening to see her smile like the cat who swallowed the canary, but remember, she goes back to a small cell in her little world of jail. This is just a big game to her, and these little battles will end soon. Can't wait until the verdict is read. Handcuffs usually go right on. This is why I am still watching, waiting for her to get a well-deserved smackdown from the Jury.

As mutual as you think it was she never resorted to degrading terms towards him.Oh Travis you pussyhound,or you ass bandit or anything like that.I don't think anyone would take being called a 3 hole wonder a complement.Being called a slut or a whore I suppose has it's place in the heat of passion but it was in e-mails when it was written.It was during an argument not during love making,a big difference in my book.It was meant to degrade during anger .There is no proof of her going there in writing ,e-mails or during the phone recording.Those are from the horse's mouth not from hers.

Yeah, except how many of their text messages and emails have we/the jurors read? There were THOUSANDS of communications, and we are seeing only those that were not deemed prejudicial -OR- we are seeing small snippets almost entirely removed from context.

She deleted a lot of evidence on her side of this. She smashed her hard drive, deleted text messages, created false emails,texts,etc. I think I'll give Travis the benefit of doubt in this case. He never had the chance to delete what he would have wanted to delete. Jodi Arias did. And even if she did say those things to him, they wouldn't be allowed into evidence as they would be prejudicial. We only know about a small drop of her fuckery. Out of 80,000 emails,texts,IMs, etc. We only got to see a few? There's tons of shit on her that we don't know about. Had this not been a DP case, we'd have seen a LOT more.

Could be. Nurmi tried to drag it out with Deanna Reid but I think he realized it wasn't playing well and JM didn't leave him a lot of room due to his direct exam being so short.

I'm thinking it was the other motion to preclude witness. I don't think Deanna was the BOOM that Juan was reserving I believe there was another...maybe Matt McCartney or Sky Hughes. Maybe the defense won that motion, we have not been privy to those in open court.
