About 90 undeleted pictures. I assume pics that Travis took prior to June 4th. Jodi only deleted the sexual ones, the ones in the shower and the ones during the killing.

I am not saying it is right to make fun of her.. or even mention her appearance as sylvian said, but the fact remains that it seems to be ok to rip on anyone pro jodi but god forbid you say anything bad about someone on the prosecution side of things. I also think she did a terrific job! She told the truth, and that was so refreshing! I also think her testimony was gold for another reason.....she gave her viewpoint of the law of chastity, and how it is taught and reinforced. That blows Jodi's "duh...no one told me the specifics about it!" claim. It would have been taught in whatever studies she engaged in, prior to her joining the church.

Deanna was great.. even keeled, honest, not rehearsed. She impacted the jury in an important way, she was a character witness for Travis in a trial where a caricature of him has been fabricated by the defense.

But that's part of the "Sexual history" that the defense is trying to claim. That's one of Jodi's big claims for Travis being abusive and needing killing.

That's the point though. Every communication between Jodi and Travis is mutual. Never once does Jodi say in those that she didn't like it or ask him to stop, or say that she was not interested. Quite the opposite.

It's only now that she's in court that she's saying oh she was coerced or she did it to please him. There is nothing incriminating in Travis' sexual history. There is nothing horrible or wrong in it. He wasn't a child predator, he wasn't a rapist; only Jodi's word.
