IMO, this only makes Jodi look bad. Travis told Deanna that he wasn't ready to get married, so she decided to move on. Jodi was desperate to hang on to Travis -- to the point where she lied that he proposed to her on the phone, and when he cut her loose because he didn't want to marry her, and she responded by stalking him then finally killing him.

Jodi's little smirks are really annoying. She quickly got over that fact that she was proven a liar, twice minimum during this trial. It doesn't seem to bother her too much.
