When somebody swipes their card, the transaction is in real time at the main office in TX. You can't swipe 3 times. You are forced to go in the store. It's a fraud prevention. EX 237- the gas receipts.
EX 635- The third transaction. 5 gallons at $19.65. Jodi used her credit card outside twice, then had to go in the third time b/c of the fraud prevention.

Deanne returns in Nov 2001. When Deanne returned from her mission, Travis and her started dating again in the beginning of 2002-2004. Travis never cussed or called her name during arguments. Travis never hit her. Travis moved to Mesa b/c Deanne was working in Phoneix and Travis thought it would be good to buy out a house in Az. April 2004. They broke up around the end of 2005. Deanne broke up with Travis b/c she wanted to get married and he didn't want to. They were still friends after the breakup. Deanne moved back to Riverside CA in 2008. Deanne is a teacher and has a degree.
Travis liked to joke around with people-and people would joke around about Travis was a virgin. Deanne never seen any proof of PEDO with little boys or girls. Deanne was in his bedroom all the time and never seen anything. Deanne bought the computer for Travis as a christmas gift. Travis had a dog named Napolen and Deanne has the dog now. They were very close friends and they trusted each other.

Not sure. I thought someone mentioned a while back in the thread that there were 15 or 16 rebuttal witnesses listed? Of course, that doesn't mean that Martinez has to use them, just give the DT a heads up that he might.
How many witnesses has he had on now? Dr D., Walmart woman, Tesoro Woman, Jacob from PPL, now Deanna. That's 5, did I miss anyone? I know there was some computer guy or something that was on the list too.

And I am so happy that SHE has the dog, now! When I heard that, I imagined that Travis smiled in Heaven. It sounds like he and Deanna had a loving relationship the entire time they knew each other...right up until his death.
Why did Nurmi ask the cash question to the gas witness? I don't know where he was going with that one.
