Talk about context of that video ...that little snippet showed so little of what was going on. Even if they had shown her pulling away from him and taking his arm off of her would have been more revealing than just saying she got up.
The evidence not allowed in just skews the scales of justice too much in favor of the defendant. Just my opinion.
