Now picture that with Travis tilting his head. Yeah, right. That would be so awkward. When Jodi demonstrated it, she should have put a cartoon bubble over his head that said "Yeah, now shoot me here so it comports to the evidence."

I agree. It's from one specific event; the reaction at the time of the event and following symptoms. Nightmares; flashbacks, etc. Jodi was stupid enough to come up with a reason for her "fog" which we all know is horseshit. However, she never bothered to check in depth how she should answer her questions for a proper diagnosis.

And, for PTSD she should have had flashback for a triggering event. If she had it, wouldn't those pictures have triggered something? Oh, I'm sorry, she did react. Her hair draped over her face. Now, wasn't that a sight?

Disco Donna was sure blinged out that day and have to say the cleavage didn't seem appropriate for court. Reminds me of the other day when Stabby had on her green shirt and undid a few more buttons to try and give the girls some air.

Actually, why in the world would she need to hide the fact from authorities that she was in AZ at all? Even if she did stop at gas stations and pay with cash (which, as JM showed while she was on the stand, she had very little of), why would she throw away the receipts? She kept aaaalllll of the other receipts from the other states. The only reason would be to hide the fact from authorities that she was there. Either way, gas cans or paying with cash, it suggests premeditation.

The police interview with Jodi's parents also supports this...Sandy Arias says she asked Jodi whether she was in AZ while on her trip when the news of Travis's murder broke, and Jodi said 'No, never, and I have receipts to prove it'.

Unfortunately, this interview has not been entered into evidence so the jury hasn't seen it.

True but the other day (migraine day?) she actually had undone another button or two. Someone captured a screen grab of it. I think she was trying to compete with Demarte and that was her way of doing it. It's an old fall back position for her.

Exactly. She shows no physical anxiety at all. During her testimony, she was a smart ass. The only time she cried, when JM was asking if she was crying when she stabbed him, etc., was more than likely caused by the stress of her little brain trying to keep track of everything.

I have a friend like that. A walking encyclopedia Mensa member, but his wife has to match and lay out what he'll wear each day. He once put up stakes and twine in her garden, looked up at a bird, spouted off all kinds of details about the species; then fell flat on his face walking out of the garden because he forgot he just added the twine barrier. I think if you take away JA's hooked on phonics points, she'd be lucky if she hit an avg IQ.

I wish I knew what her reaction 'oh my God the Purple Plum' and looking at JW worried was all about. In my observation, she was holding her breath on that one wondering wth Martinez knew. by her later actions, JM either missed something JA thought wouldnt come out, or for legal reasons JM couldn't get something in.

Jodi was holding her breath, and really paying close attention, even during the sidebars relating to the Purple Plum, she was staring intently at their backs while the lawyers were up with the judge. Jenny looked very worried too during that section.

So why would they be so uptight over someone at the Purple Plum saying she flirted with men or was manipulative? Seems like super small potatoes in the big scheme of things. I now think there is more here than meets the eye. Possibly much more.

Is this the one supposedly found wrapped in toilet paper, stuffed in a cactus? By a guy whose $20 bill blew out of his hand, into the cactus? Someone on topix claims the guy works with her family member, that he found this .25 a year ago & only realised it's significance because his wife was watching the trial. The topix post was march 27?, she claims it was handed over to police a week & a half before that & they're waiting on tests. So how long would ballistics take on something this urgent & high profile?

The problem is, even if the ballistics match the bullet taken from Travis, it doesn't really help the prosecution. All that would prove is that the gun used to shoot Travis was tossed in the desert. Which is what Jodi already admits. It would NOT prove where the gun came from, which is the important part.

The gun stolen from grandpa was old, unregistered, and grandpa inherited it from someone now long dead. There are no ballistics proven to be from grandpa's gun to make a comparison to. There is no record of a serial number on grandpa's gun to check against. Unfortunately.

Brilling! you watched it, TY! It is quite the deal, with all the side bars, objections and JM always coming back very careful about his wording of questions. Judge is not letting in something. I suppose turning tricks in the back lot or something might be too prejudicial. Maybe cops found Aileen Wuornos posters in her car with that 9 mm and a gold panning kit.
