Dr. D's unwillingness to use data that the majority of respected professionals do not use, because there is no empirical data to support its use, does not equal Dr D being evasive.

The fact that Jenny got all excited because she found something that had a word in it that she could imagine supports the defense viewpoint, even if that is not actually what that scale measures, does not equal a win for the defense.

As a counterboom, I like how Jenny ended her exam by getting in that Jodi did not rate for aggression, anger or dominance. I think that helps steer the jury away from premeditation, Jodi looks more like a pitiful crazy chick than a cunning killer.

Have you ever known anyone who wears glasses to put them on top of their heads? I did that once when I first started wearing glasses,felt like a dumb ass and never did it again.

I don't understand why she keeps taking her glasses off. I'm near-sighted, and I wear my glasses all the time, because things two feet away are a little blurry. We have similar prescriptions, so I don't understand how she didn't realize before the murder. Maybe her eyesight wasn't as bad at the time, but she would have failed her vision test for her driver's license, I'm sure.

idk - the graph palin was using is not supposed to be used in the evaluation of the test - if that was wrong, palin would have shown proof she was wrong - it is not the protocol set fourth by the rules set up for the test in translating the data - dr m had been truthful about what symptom jodi had in areas including ptsd and battered wives symptoms, but showed they were not enuff for those diagnosis

Right, who knows if it "counts" in the eyes of the law but Jenny was able to put those words out before the jury about Jodi's aggression, anger, and dominance. Wouldn't it take a lot of aggression, anger, and dominance to plan and complete a brutal killing?

And now Janeen is telling us how Travis felt at a certain time to rationalize his aggression towards Jodi - I can't see that as objective.
