Funny when Jodi answered a jury question regarding if Travis said he didn't like the Spiderman movie, why would he buy her Spiderman underwear... she mentioned out of NOWHERE that Travis was "close with a little boy who liked spiderman" - never mentioned ANY details about that. She sort of just threw that in there randomly. Ironic now, we learn that Jodi was a caretaker for "a little boy"..........little truths again. But it related to HER not HIM.

My take on that email is that Jodi was trying to insinuate herself into Travis' life again/some more. She is trying to make herself his "go-to" for his emotional support, to try and show he needs her in his life.

She was new with Travis at this point, but don't forget how she tried to get Bobby Juarez back, (after saying she dumped him over the library e-mails) by dropping groceries on his porch and calling him to tell about the end of the word. She not only had to be attached, she also had to be in control.

While highlighting the exact same limits placed on her expert that never furthered her education to PHD level and had to practice under a psychologist. The result is, the jury sees Willmott attacking her own 'expert' by comparison.

I think she said Nov. 2005 to Jan. 2006. Those must have Palm Desert days when Jodi and Darrell were buying the house together. Remember, the reason they moved to Palm Desert was to follow Darrell's son whose mother had moved there earlier.

I agree with what both you and NCB have said, she tried to be involved in every part of his life. Becoming a mormon, trying to support him with his dating choices, cleaning his house etc.

We made that distinction many, many pages ago. Waitressing is an honorable vocation. Jodi was a waitress but she sure wasn't a reliable one considering the way she treated her employers, (took off work to confront Bobby with the library e-mails), and jumped from job to job on a whim. My favorite waitress has been at my favorite deli for the past twenty-five years. Don't know what I'll do if she ever leaves.
