The testimony I recall is that she said she was not aware she shot him. She said they were struggling and the gun went off, and she did not realize he was shot. I'd have to go back and look at her time on the stand to find out whether she contradicted that at some point, but I clearly recall her saying she didn't realize she shot him, because I made at least one comment about "how would she not notice a bloody hole in his face?"

Being Jodi of course, she could easily have contradicted herself and said that she remembered the shot.

She says that as Alexander chased her through a walk-in closet "like a linebacker," she grabbed a gun that she knew he kept on a top shelf. She says that she held up the gun, expecting that Alexander would stop charging at her, but he didn't.

"The gun went off, I didn't even mean to shoot, I didn't know my hand was on the trigger," Arias testified. She says that, as they wrestled on the ground, she assumed that she'd shot a hole in the wall, not that she'd hit Alexander. After that, she says, "there's a lot of that day that I don't remember, there's a lot of gaps.

Funny when Jodi answered a jury question regarding if Travis said he didn't like the Spiderman movie, why would he buy her Spiderman underwear... she mentioned out of NOWHERE that Travis was "close with a little boy who liked spiderman" - never mentioned ANY details about that. She sort of just threw that in there randomly. Ironic now, we learn that Jodi was a caretaker for "a little boy"..........little truths again. But it related to HER not HIM.

I think the thing that stands out with Jodi is that she could not be alone for 5 minutes. She immediately moved on to another man once her current relationship was blowing up.

She was also flirting with men and dating other men at the time she allegedly was "in love" with Travis. Remember John Dixon and Abe, in the same day? Remember Jodi saying in her diary that she was asked out by 4 different men at the same time period?

Dr DeMarte is a smoking hot expert. It looks like DM is questioning Willmott not the other way round. HLN said they look alike but I see no resemblance apart from both having long dark hair. DeMarte is far more attractive than Arias in every way.

If, on the other hand, the whole shower photo shoot was just a scam to get Travis into the shower and into a vulnerable position, then one might expect the photos to be crap, as if someone were just going through the motions of taking pictures in order to cover up their real intentions, resulting in completely crappy photos. Which is exactly what those photos were.

If Jenny was smart, she would not be emphasizing this aspect.

I think you nailed it.. the photo taking was secondary to the real task at hand.
