I think Jenny is trying to imply that the Dr. has been watching the trial.
I would love to respect JW as an attorney because I know she is doing her job but I really can't bring myself to.

Nurmi seems to think Jenny is scoring points but I think he's deluded.
I think she's trying to say that Jodi could still delete the photos because it would be a behavior that was familiar. Meaning that Jodi could still be in her fog and delete the photos. Otherwise, the implication is that there was no fog during or after the killing, because Jodi deleted the photos and she had to have been cognizant of the fact that there was evidence -- the photos -- that she had to get rid of.

Jenny should NOT be emphasizing how Jodi liked to take photos and was SO familiar with cameras, because those pics in the shower were very bad.... bad framing, no flash, bad angles. Those pictures were dreadful. The only slightly decent one was the close up of the face.
If Jodi was a semi-professional photographer who was TRYING to take good photos of Travis in the shower (either to show off his buff bod or because she always wanted to reshoot some Calvin Klein ad she saw once), then the photos would have been a LOT better if Jodi was making any effort at all to actually take good photos.
If, on the other hand, the whole shower photo shoot was just a scam to get Travis into the shower and into a vulnerable position, then one might expect the photos to be crap, as if someone were just going through the motions of taking pictures in order to cover up their real intentions, resulting in completely crappy photos. Which is exactly what those photos were.
If Jenny was smart, she would not be emphasizing this aspect.

At the beginning of this trial of Jodi wore a different pair of glasses. I watched one of those locked up shows a few months ago and an inmate wore glasses. He was using plastic spoons as the arms to keep them on. The prison hadn't given him new ones. He had to be creative to use the one he had. Yet Jodi has supported to pair in the last few months. Wondering if Dr D saw her wear glasses prior to court.
Geez, for getting down on JM last week about tone and "attacking" witnesses, JW is walking a very fine line with her tone and phrasing.
JM: "You don't know if the camera was run through a cycle do you?"
JD: "Definitively? No I don't."
JW: *bitch tone* "No. You don't."
If Jenny keeps this up about the camera in the washer DEmarte might just say that Stabby could have accidentally put it in there and JM might just bring that out on redirect.

Jenny, Dr D believes that Jodi thought the evidence was gone through deletion. Or is Jodi a forensic expert and knew the pictures could be retrieved; especially if she intentionally put it through a wash cycle.
