So if the court precluded the eye pic, why did prosecution have to agree that JA was not holding weapons in her hands at the time of the TA face photo?

Her triggers are when testimony is degrading her or if Willmott needs to try to find more things to try and outwit a witness.

Or when one of TA's female friends shows up seated with the family. When she was on the stand Julie Christopher was in the gallery and Stabby tried to get her thrown out claiming Christopher was was making faces at her. Yesterday it was Clancy Talbot being there that upset her.

Thanks to manipulation w repeated court headaches, Arias shows the jury she has a history of headaches completely unrelated to Travis. She successfully causes destruction of testimony that the pedo event was cause for her migraine. Added bonus! She does this on the day a solid expert DX'd her with BPD. Will we hear 'histrionic' following soon? ; )

The jury is not told when JA is sick. They can surmise all they want, but the Judge says "an issue has come up" and then dismisses them.

It's all in the bad acting show put on before their eyes yesterday, gulp cough. I don't underestimate this jury after hearing repeatedly their common sense is able to connect dots.

I do believe Jodi is faking, but for those who doubt she could get this many migraines- I get migraines many, many times every month and have for over 10 years, so its not out of the realm of possibilities that she could be having lots of migraines.

And different people have different triggers - some common triggers are: stress, lack of sleep, hormone changes, certain foods, changes in barometric pressure, etc.

But Katie Wick said Jodi was totally faking it yesterday, no question. And she was right there in the courtroom so she KNOWS.

JM probably agreed to the stipulation so he could get his rebuttal case going. JM never claimed she was holding a gun/knife while taking that picture anyway
