She did, I saw that one she re-added to here pictures (she already had it in her album, she just duplicated it), but I didn't see she changed her profile pic to this "solo" one, til today or yesterday.
I enlarged it... it does appear she is on a car.
Maybe they are going to try & launch a harassment case or something silly like that so they are opening the door to harassment by accepting friends to have at it on her wall & pics. I don't have access to her recent wall they must have it set to private... but kept the old stuff public. Its weird but if you know FB you know what I mean.

As far as sick Jodi goes, I think it's all bullshit. She's obviously not engaged with this witness testimony anyway. If she thinks this is a headache, she's not gonna like the needle. She has enough energy to doodle all damn day. I would hazard to guess that the majority of defendants are either sick to their stomach or have headaches. It can't be easy being a defendant, even though Hodi doesn't look like she really gives a shit. Sometimes I think it appears as if this whole thing is a waste of her time because no jury will ever convict her anyway. I have no sympathy for her, but I do for all the innocents that have to bow down to the almighty Jodi because she doesn't feel good. Does anyone think Travis' family feels good every day? Don't you think they feel sick every damn day they have to sit in the same room with the butcher? I'm so freakin' mad over it. The witness is taken away from her practice; the family has to jump through more hoops for this bitch; and the taxpayers are footing the bill. Jodi doesn't manipulate, Alyce? Fuck that noise.

I personally looked at her this morning, and for some reason she looked different....it appeared she had some makeup on. When she came back, ...no makeup that I can see. That might be why she looked pale.

I noticed the makeup in the morning too, and wondered why she decided to wear it today. I wondered if it was to try and compete with pretty, smart, successful Dr. D. Now, after court was cancelled and her makeup was washed off, I wonder if the point of the makeup was to make the difference between morning and afternoon more 'noticeable'? Otherwise, why wash it off during the lunch break? Makeup doesn't cause migraines.

I thought the same thing! Far too many "J" names, makes it confusing when we use initials. And then if we make up nicknames for the main players instead, some people get cranky and criticize that. Maybe the next big trial, they will take that into consideration when choosing the prosecutor, defense and expert witnesses.

I'm sure that's true for migraine sufferers, but Jodi's issue has a few problems.

1. She's not touching her head or face to exhibit any kind of pain

2. She's standing around seemingly with no issues in a bright bright room. I've had an occasional migraine in my life and bright light was excruciating.

3. She's not removing her glasses. You would think that would be the first thing she did.

4. She very clearly had makeup on earlier in the day, and suddenly it was gone when she returned to the courtroom. It's not like she took it off because it was affecting her migraine. And if she was debilitated by a migraine, the last thing she would think about was taking her makeup off for whatever reason.

Suppose she could legitimately been sick, but considering the above, seems very unlikely. Her migraines seem to come whenever she personally needs a break on the stand (i.e. where Martinez was disproving she was some little virginal girl that Travis forced into sex), or when her defense team is stumbling.


Anyways, Jodi's about 9 days early for her "monthly" migraine. The previous 2 were on the 26th and 27th respectively. Of course, Judge said today that there was going to be no court on April 26th, so I guess she couldn't call in sick that day to be consistent.
