That of course was after we had to take that hour-longer extended "lunch" and were to be back at 5:30pm EDT.

Other posters here have said that they saw on twitter that Jodi had another migraine. I didn't see that and I missed the judge's announcement as to why court was ending.

Seems that Jodi apparently was "looking ill" though and spectators pieced together a reason. Perhaps judge gave her an hour to "feel better" and she said she just didn't.

Considering Jodi has done this before when court was not going her way, I wouldn't be surprised.

I bet the defense team asked the judge to not say that it was because of Jodi. They have to be worried about the jury getting pissed about all of these delays.

Something else I thought of from earlier:
DeMarte said that someone called her a few weeks ago wanting to know a lot about her background. I'd bet $5 that it was someone from the defense trying to see how she answered questions about it...trying to get something on her that they could use against her in court.

How predictably convenient. Any time the Defense need to slow things down or buy more time, Arias puts on her blank with a hint of headache face. It was obvious that Willmott couldn't handle the pace when questioning Dr DeMarte. If JW can't even deal with questioning the expert on qualifications and experience she will have no chance with more advanced stuff. Now JW can swot up all afternoon for another test tomorrow. Arias looks like it might be sinking in that her days in court are almost over. The attention on her will fade when the next murdering, psychotic loser goes to trial. Arias likes all of the spotlight all of the time. No wonder she is pale.

I got the feeling too. She's actually badgering and degrading Dr D. JM was pushy too to ALV and Samuels, but not degrading. JW needs more time to see what she can find. Unless JW is perfectly stupid, she knows she's off track, but she's learned to cover herself. Juan is letting it happen, but I'm sure he has something up his sleeve to clean it up.

I could only hear "what a bitch" and nothing else that was suggested. But this one I can hear. It's weird because if I focus on hearing "gonna get you" I can hear that, but if I switch to "what a bitch" it morphs into that.

Just learned something new. the prosecution is not required to notify the defense of rebuttal witnesses. Wonder if there's a chance JM might throw in a surprise witness?
