Already, comparing the demeanor of this witness in cross-examination to the DT's witnesses in cross-examination, this witness is doing so much better!
I think she is overstating her credentials a bit. No shame in saying "hey I've just got my license in Summer 2010, the same year I tested Jodi for a death penalty trial."
All this pretending she was fully fledged in her field during fellowships, internships, and educational stuff because she saw patients under supercision is weak.
It's nice to see an adversarial witness answering clearly and precisely.
I considered it. Gotta disagree.
Sometimes I think you think "hmmm what's the most anti-majority thing I can think of to post?" and then you wind us up and watch us spin.
But, you always make me think. Even though I don't often agree after that think.
I think the defense line of questioning is kinda bitchity. The defense Atty. needs to rein it in. This isn't Mean Girls.
