    Are u kidding????

The DT has made a joke of this case from the beginning with their witnesses and the evidence they've tried to admit!!

Not quite, I hope she is getting there. Still on only 1 part of the test where Demarte looked at 3 in particular.

Is it me or is it lazy work by the prosecution? I mean Mtz doesnt really want to fully engage in anything with this case except data, numbers, doggies etc… and that’s what this demartian girl did. She wants to evaluate data from experts so she can conclude her findings instead of relying on her intuition.

    Demartian, you're so clever Suzy

Does anyone else remember that Dr. Samuels was asked by the jury if he felt that his 25 hrs spent with Jodi was enough time to truly evaluate Jodi? Implying that it wasn’t enough time? Surely that juror will think her 12hrs with Jodi is a joke!

Actually even Samuels agreed with what Dr Demarte said

    MentalHealthForShortManSyndrome says:

Jodi’s IQ was not that high. 119 is *barely* over average. Had she scored over 135, that’s high.

Does this mean the *forensic psychiatrist* is *manipulating* her results??

    Can't even...

She is very bias and a Martinez Puppet, since all her explanations are just transparently against Samuel’s and LaViolette

    Who were so transparently biased?

Dr. DeMarte hates Jodi much more than Dr. Samuels and laviolette liked her

I don’t sense hatred so much as indifference….

Stark contrast between Alyce and Dr. DeMarte. Even greater contrast when you think of how much time we spent on Snow White. In retrospect, Juan made a good move in bringing that up just to show the difference in professionalism.

I don't think so, not yet - I kind of missed parts at the very end when they were getting to the good stuff, my feed quit and I had to restart and then some music was playing somewhere and I couldn't get it to quit. JODI POSSESSED MY COMPUTER

All I heard was something about how she keeps anger in until she blows up or something like that.

I don't know if that is accurate or not (about Andy Warhol - it also listed Leonardi DaVinci's IQ - did they test him posthumously?), but I never thought Andy Warhol was particularly intelligent. And no, it is not a left brain right brain thing.

Poor killer doesn't even fit in with her own kind.

It is rumoured that the mafia leader Al Capone had an IQ of 200. An example of a criminal with a verified exceptional intelligence (IQ 170, at age 10) is the Unabomber Theodore Kaczynski. He was a successful researcher in mathematics before he turned against the society. Other famous high IQ scorers among the criminals are Richard Loeb (child iq 160) and Nathan Leopold (child iq 210) at the beginning of the 20th century.

I said earlier there is but it is conditional and only if the Judge permits one. Usually that approval is based only when there is NEW exonerating evidence. [from what I've checked on for AZ]

Don't know - obviously the sole of my shoe would be an improvement over ALV, but I'm kind of surprised the state couldn't get someone who has a bit more experience. The defense had 2 expert witnesses that came off sort of professorial and it would be nice to see someone similar (but intelligent!) to rebut what they've had to say. Just my 2 cents.
Don't underestimate her because of her age and experience, she appears to be very knowledgeable, and as you say her credentials are excellent. She doesn't appear in the least ditzy to me. I find it refreshing to not have a 'professorial' type witness, look where that led to in relation to emotions/feelings re JA. Of course, those two go against the grain in terms of professionalism, just to be clear. Now I see this girl in action I believe it may have been a deliberate move on JM's part to retain a witness close to JA's age.

Me too. She has picked up immediately where she left off after over-ruled objections, no re-asking questions continuously, and is clear and concise in her answers.

Nor I, considering they DT can't get through a day without mockery and fuckery.
