What's more important is how she scored on the test which indicates how quickly she can think. She knows how to wiggle out of things.

Of all the behaviors I have witnessed from Stabby during this whole trial, this is the worst. She has cried, laughed, been snarky and now utter disregard for this witness. As a juror, I would not even think that she cares about what she did nor what it's consequences are.

Having a high IQ here can only help the state. Better planner, better manipulator, etc. she's not some young, dumb innocent girl. She is a fairly inyelligent master manipulator.

My feed is behind. Just now getting the score. Overall 119 is not that high, is it? But, is above average.

The last I.Q.test I had was in the fourth grade. It was 140. Guess I'm smarter than Einstein, or at least I was when I was in the fourth grade. I'm probably dumber now! (Sarcasm about being smarter than Einstein!)
The 119 wasn't the overall score. It was 119 in one of the domains. She scored very high in other areas.

Now they are heading for personality, now sidebar.

That scale really doesnt mean much, here is another...
    IQ Range

    Classification
140 and over Genius or near genius
    120-140 Very superior intelligence
    110-120 Superior intelligence
    90-110 Normal or average intelligence
    80-90 Dullness
    70-80 Borderline deficiency
    Below 70 Definite feeble-mindedness

there are a lot of different scales out there..

IMO- She was probably coached before entering the courtroom today or previously, as to NOT show any emotion as the state's witness testifies. To keep preoccupied so as not to show facial expressions & what not

Raquel Welch is 140 or something too.

I think Juan prefers doctor to be reserved to those who have an MD or DO. After all I'm sure he, Nurmi, Wilmott, and the judge all have their JD and could technically be referred to as doctors too. And they would be if they were teaching law instead of what they are doing.

They estimate you need an IQ of 120 to graduate college these days. So 119 is above average, but not high. For reference Mensa requires 130 or higher for membership.

yes, but especially today... it's looking like a somewhat desperate tactic... she should use the objections more sparingly to keep them effective.

Yep. She is making herself look really bad to the jury right now.

Overall was 119. She scored higher in some areas, and lower in others.

What is intelligence? The definition I like is that intelligence is "the ability to learn or understand or to deal with new or trying situations ... also : the skilled use of reason" (7)*. I have heard some people misuse the word smart to mean knowledgeable. That is like confusing velocity with distance. That one can lead to the other does not mean that they are the same thing.

    I found this kinda interesting!
