I don't believe I heard Judge Stephens say to call the jurors to tell them not to come in? She could have said something during lunch that we are not privy to. WAT has been silent, last tweet was 37 minutes ago stating that he was waiting to be let back in the courtroom.

tell that to all the nuts out in the desert with metal detectors looking for a gun.As good as the prosicution is doing it's starting to tread on thin ice as to weather she's getting a fair trial.Incompetent council scares me here.I also think the filming of this trial could hurt as well.

I don't think filming is the problem......I think that not sequestering this jury is. But, I believe Judge Stephens has held this together, and will bring it to a successful close. And, worst case that there would be a retrial in the future? Not unheard of, by any means. The evidence will still be the evidence. There was a case in MA, concerning the kidnapping and murder of a young girl. Marylou Arruda. I believe the state overturned the verdict (guilty) a total of 3 times. The fourth trial, decades later, still found him guilty. He spent his life in jail, because he committed the crime. And Jodi committed this crime, too.

i think because dt keeps saying so much prosecutorial misconduct w/ jm - claiming he was leaking the interrogation vids, demeaning the witnesses in open court - but jodi is tweeting disparaging comments about the prosecution - kind of a tit for tat - they can't complain about jm when their own client is doing the same thing

True but Martinez is and should be the icon for higher ground.I actually think he's surprised about his new celebrity and never thought him doing his job would ever have followers or fans.It's not something he asked for so as the new flavor of the month he's learning how to deal with it.I'm sure it's changed his normal life from having to take back door exits to not being able to have a quiet dinner with his girlfriend or friends.

She denied both misconduct mistrial motions. We have yet to hear if she eye photo evidence will be allowed in to evidence.
