Utter desperation sums it up. The Defense have to try everything they can think of. Unfortunately for them , their arrogant, stupid client has driven much of this leaving them with gaping wounds from the prosecution.

I missed the beginning of the trial. Does anyone remember what time frame they gave the jury for how long the trial should last? I'm sure they never expected it to go on so long.
