why the hell are we hearing this? what is the point?
Anyone know, in a nutshell, why we are listening to Juan interviewing Samuels?
I am not grasping what they allege Juan did wrong on this recording with Dr. Dicky?? Did I miss something??

Previous interview of Martinez with Dr. Fog. I don't get it though, the defense argument is that Martinez was being mean to Doc Fog? I'm not hearing it, at all.

they say Juan harassed their witness in these interviews. So far I don't get it = they just want to waste time and money.

I'm not schizophrenic. I welcome all well-argued points for both sides and reject those based on sentiment and cheerleading. All the cheerleading is for the prosecution so maybe it seems unbalanced.
Example:
OK = it's not prosecutorial misconduct because the jury never saw it
NOT OK = why do these assholes bother Juan so much? it's ok for him to sign autographs because he is a good person
OK = Nurmi is trying to draw out the trial to fatigue and confuse the jury
NOT OK = that fat bastard Nurmi is a retard who should just admit Jodi is guilty!
So I have a problem with someone swanning in with an overly sentimental view, colored by emotions, and saying what should and should not be in a country where they don't know (are not part of) "the system". Anyone from around the world is welcome to comment with a well-reasoned argument, but those from outside the US making emotional arguments with no understanding of the justice system... well...
The defense team is way behind at this point in the game with time running out. They know it and are trying whatever ploys they can to win the case for their client. It doesn't make them retarded or evil, just defense attorneys.
We don't know yet. JM argued against it and now Wurmi is up there trying to convince her to allow it.
This better not be much longer. Still haven't heard any "intimidation"
