If the jury can't just see for themselves what is or is not visible in the enlarged picture, then it should not be allowed. If the "expert" has to draw an outline to demonstrate what he thinks is there, then it is too subjective.

I tuned in late and didn't catch if they were trying to say the time stamps were wrong. That's what I've read the last few pages here. If so, then yes, they can't say that because the seated position was the last pic before the ceiling shot, followed by the 2 dragging pictures.

HLN "defense experts" on their After Dark show argued that the body/seated picture was after Jodi shooting him in the face, and that the "ceiling picture" was a result of Travis "linebacker tackling" Jodi, and thus, more time for the running and stabbing to take place.

My guess is that's what the defense will claim.

They can't use the time stamp to claim Travis was standing AFTER the body/sitting picture, but they can claim that he attacked Jodi right after the face close-up; that he was standing, she was standing, she dropped the camera, he tackled her; and then the ceiling pic.

That's my interpretation anyways.

I hate to quote myself, lol, but the fact is, this won't work for the defense anyways. Because, even IF we believe that he attacked her and caused the ceiling picture, we have to believe that in between the face close-up and the "seated" picture, that Jodi shot Travis in the face and then he was THROW backward into the shower, OFF HIS FEET. A .25 caliber isn't going to do that. Most guns don't blow you off your feet; that's Hollywood b.s.; but certainly nothing of that tiny caliber.

Listening to someone from the UK comment on the justice system of the USA, and the "tenderness" of a bailiff is just as laughable, don't you think?

Like it or not the trial is all about Jodi, and giving her and her defense attorneys every legal opportunity to defend the charges against her. It's not about protecting someone's reputation or anyone's feelings. Travis is dead and gone, no matter how big a show anyone makes about how much they care and how much compassion they have. The trial is not the place to memorialize him, it's where we decide what happens to Jodi. Go wear a ribbon somewhere else, pretty much.

My my, very telling post. Do you know what, I've been waiting on someone like you questioning others' outside the US's right to 'comment' on the US justice system. Just a FYI, the US's justice system is pretty much the talk of the whole world at one time or another whether you like it or not. I don't have a problem with ANYONE commenting or questioning on the UK system, it's not a slight on me or my countrymen, I accept it as being part of a 'participating world'. If I'm confused about anything in YOUR justice system, if I can't find what I'm looking for on google, I'll ask, and many of your fellow countrymen are happy to oblige. the dv expert finished and the jury questions showed the jury didn't believe word she said, and it was the last witness - so now they are trying to get this evidence and expert it for some reason
