I wasn't sure if that's where they would go on this. There was a youtube vid that someone did a breakdown of TAs eye like we are seeing now and they claimed there were two people that you could see in the outlines. I couldn't see jack lol. Agree that it would be a little late in the game, but I figured that's where Nurmi was going to go. Glad they didn't.
and flores is staying w/ them too!
i think it started here one night when the pic first came on and some one tried zooming in - then i saw a couple other boards puck up on it, then some one made the vid, the cnn picked it up and published it
absolutley nothing!! we already know that she was there taking pics![]()

All I could figure out is it's really up to the jury what they see in the eye.
I'm behind on my feed. Trying to clean house while I watch.
What in the world is Nurmi trying to prove? I'm mega confused.
Eta: Nurmi just scared the crap out of me. I am watching this at home, alone. I'm sitting at my island counter in the kitchen. When they were zoomed in on the eye, Nurmi moved slowly in front of it and all you could see was his silhouette. It looked like a reflection on my computer screen, I thought someone was creeping up behind me for a second. Scared me half to death!

If the judge allows this he got just a taste of what Juan will do to him on the stand. Bet he's hoping the judge doesn't allow it.
okay, someone smarter than me....tell me how this helps them exactly?
After Alyce in Wonderland was allowed to testify her interpretations of text messages and journal entries, I feel like anything is possible in this trial.
I suppose defense could say that this proves Travis was standing up, and thus not in as vulnerable position as if he was sitting.
The problem is though, there is still no time for the defense scenario to take place. 62 seconds, even if Travis was standing, is nowhere near the time for the "bodyslam" and "linebacker tackle" to take place prior to the stabbing and the body dragging.
Pure fuckery.
