Time stamp doesn't make any difference. We know it was taken the day of the murder because the camera captured her dragging Travis' body. She also admits the "photo shoot" took place right before the murder.

Even if, say, the time stamp was off by a week, a month, a year -- which it couldn't be because of the murder photos -- it wouldn't matter because the SEQUENCE is captured. I have had cameras where the time stamp was off because I didn't set the date. That however, would make no difference at all in time sequence. At best, they could claim that the events happened a couple hours earlier if the time was off -- which hurts Jodi because it actually gives her MORE time to clean up; or on a different day, if the date was wrong. It can't disprove that it happened, and that it happened in close time sequence -- 62 seconds in fact.

I imagine JM will have to call his own experts to defend this issue. I hope they fucking fry her now. Up to this, i was for life in prison. But, there is no end to this case and I am so resentful of the misery she is causing his family. With all the shit that can't some in - like the parent's video interview, her constant lies. I am for the DP now. Give it to her.

This is intriguing, are the Defense trying to prove Arias was lying over where she was positioned when asking the photographs? What will the expert be drawing next, star constellations? Arias's zodiac sign?

People have shown an interest in the eye reflections on MDS, so the science, if any, behind this will cause debate. Could the prosecution argue Arias was pointing a gun if this is allowed in? Is this just another attempt for the Defense to muddy the waters further? Desperation?

Did someone on the thread post earlier that the defense was trying to prove a second person was there? For real? Or is this speculation? Cause it's a little late in the game here for Story #4. Although I would love to see the defense try to throw someone else under the bus at this point (Maybe Matt McCartney?). That would seal the guilty verdict for the jury I think.
