Time stamp doesn't make any difference. We know it was taken the day of the murder because the camera captured her dragging Travis' body. She also admits the "photo shoot" took place right before the murder.

Even if, say, the time stamp was off by a week, a month, a year -- which it couldn't be because of the murder photos -- it wouldn't matter because the SEQUENCE is captured. I have had cameras where the time stamp was off because I didn't set the date. That however, would make no difference at all in time sequence. At best, they could claim that the events happened a couple hours earlier if the time was off -- which hurts Jodi because it actually gives her MORE time to clean up; or on a different day, if the date was wrong. It can't disprove that it happened, and that it happened in close time sequence -- 62 seconds in fact.

Listening to someone from the UK comment on the justice system of the USA, and the "tenderness" of a bailiff is just as laughable, don't you think?

Like it or not the trial is all about Jodi, and giving her and her defense attorneys every legal opportunity to defend the charges against her. It's not about protecting someone's reputation or anyone's feelings. Travis is dead and gone, no matter how big a show anyone makes about how much they care and how much compassion they have. The trial is not the place to memorialize him, it's where we decide what happens to Jodi. Go wear a ribbon somewhere else, pretty much.

Listening to the few paid to defend the Defense mouthpieces on HLN makes me laugh, as do the few Defense defenders on MDS. They attack Martinez yet offer no intelligent alternatives. Martinez did nothing wrong in being polite to a few members of the public. I am confident the court will find this to be the case.

Martinez has focused clearly on premeditation from the very beginning. The jury have picked up on this and their questions reflect insight and attention to detail. Reading some comments here, some think the prosecution should just say, 'no questions' and pass up the opportunity to cross examine experts and concentrate on 'the facts'. Seriously? This is all Martinez' critics have? Just for the record, I do not think Juan Martinez is hot but I respect his passion for justice and brilliance in court. He isn't perfect, he isn't always as smoothly articulate as he would perhaps wish but he is trying his very best. I think he s nervous too, under such a worldwide spotlight. Many women find men who are excellent at what they do attractive so it is no surprise that Juan Martinez has so many supporters.

Just as I am writing about unhealthy cynicism, I see a security guard in court offer tissues to the family of Travis Alexander. Such gentleness is a tender contrast to Arias' shameless, brutally remorseless, smug demeanour. What nonsense is the Defense now clutching at, regarding photogaphs?
