I am starting to get the same feeling about a hung jury. Its getting crazy and I can only imagine there is at least one juror who is lost with it all.

I think peeps are getting edgy because of the constant attempts at fuckery by the DT with their numerous filings for mistrial, juror-stalking, pros misconduct re photo's and 'yelling' at witness, etc. Nurmi et al would shit themselves if they were to 'experience' prosecutor yelling at the High Court in Glasgow, Scotland where I worked, if that's what they consider yelling. Everyone needs to calm their knickers and have faith in JM, I believe the best is yet to come from him.

As this trial comes to an end the desperation from the defence for a mistrial will only turn up the volume to get one.They are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it's a train.....

He has nothing to do with the case. If either side felt he had something to add they would have called him as a witness. He is a private citizen, just like anyone on this forum and is entitled to his privacy.

How would you like it if a bunch of people on an internet forum started tracking down info on you and posting it online? Not very much I would guess...his private life is none of your damn business.

I totally agree with this. And although not on the net as it was in it's infancy then, this happened to my family with the media in UK tracking us down all because my 'celeb' brother (sporting world) had done something wrong in his marriage. Front page news in the gutter press here, contacts from my line of work and the police eventually having to step in. I dread to think what would've been said/done online, though the 'story' is online if one looks hard enough, including a picture of me turning away, holding my 3 year old's face into my shoulder in the collage of pics when it had absolutely NOTHING to do with us. If the rumour about Suarez writing a book does pan out, junkie or not, JA's put shit about him out there and he's entitled to refute/confirm that. An everyday occurrence in these days of 'cashing in' on connections with those currently top of the news.

I too lean toward a cut tendon, but with some pause. She had her fingerprints taken on June 13. Don't you find it curious that this bad cut wasn't noticed by police just 9 days after if it was bad enough to cut a tendon. Or that she only received one cut in such a bruttal frenzy? Most chilling to me is her latest words about it from AL, she cut it on an apple ....... Adams apple! Typical style of JA to play on words.

Actually, that's a very good point! I posted a while back about my tendon being sliced at knuckle palm side, same finger, not major but enough to have a numb white-lined diagonal bulge. Mine 'juts out' but also to the side, fugly and spongey looking. Not a perfect ^ like JA's, and it DID take a fair amount of time to heal. If her finger is broke, bearing in mind it would be her stabbing hand, it most likely would have happened during the murder. I don't believe there's anything much wrong with it at all, apart from a small cut that could've nicked a tendon or vessel, causing her to bleed enough for her blood to mingle with Travis'. And to warrant her 'panicking' enough to clean any trace of her blood/DNA from Travis' body, then trying to dilute the blood on the floor with water. Little did she know .....

Ah, so you don't think it was reptilian-like to present fake letters as FACTUAL to Travis' friends in order to shatter them and allow them think their friend was a paedophile? Over here, Nurmi's arse wouldn't have touched the ground, as that would be considered entrapment with a view to extracting information. He would seriously have been in deep trouble. Totally with you there, I've always thought she was on drugs, long before she knew Travis. Listen to her voice on the sex tape, she sounds like she's just starting her day all bright, breezy and sing-songy voice. Calling/texting at all hours of the night, not giving a damn about the time difference to Travis' world.. At the very least i'd say she was on speed, but I lean more to coke, especially on the 3rd/4th.

The ALV "expert witness testimony" list was interesting, thanks for posting it. Now we know for sure that what some people feared (lots and lots of child custody cases where ALV had testified being overturned), was a needless fear. It appears she was involved in only two child custody cases in the last 11 years.

I don't think the rental car arguments were really much of a miss. While the stains in the car and the missing floor mats are slightly interesting, I don't think they are very important, now that Jodi has confessed to killing Travis. If she had stuck to either of the first two versions of her story (she wasn't there or ninjas did it), stains in the car and missing floor mats could be critical. But since Jodi admits killing Travis and disposing of evidence afterwards, I don't think those details about the rental car matter much. Choosing to rent a car matters, and wanting an anonymous colored one matters, and the missing and upside down license plates matter, because those all go to premeditation. But stains in the car and missing mats are both after the murder, so not that critical, imo.

I've always thought the hair color argument was not that critical, since a conviction or lack thereof is not going to be decided on whether or not she dyed her hair.

I actually think the defense has done a very thorough job with a terrible fact pattern and a super difficult client. Plus, they have to have spent at least 1.5 million just on the defense portion of the festivities by now. They object constantly, they attempt to get mistrials constantly, they even managed to get two experts to totally support Jodi's version of events in every possible detail. Personally, I find it extremely unlikely that Jodi could ever win an appeal on the basis of inadequate counsel. She will no doubt ask for one, and every other appeal she can think of, but I don't think she could prevail on that.

Oh right if you see this. I've been having a lot of trouble since last week, esp on this forum, to the extent I mailed MDS to ask if there was an overall problem. You posted a warning about certain sites causing problems the other day, (sorry i'm not quoting your post, but this is my 3rd attempt at posting today and I'd need to hit the drink if I'd to go back through e'thing again). The hearings are open, but we don't yet know if they'll be televised. One is for the ongoing motion for mistrial, the other is evidentiary.
