She was given enough to seek further information from living, breathing face-to-face people. She did not. She is as complicit as the defense team. That FB page was actually pretty good at first, WT. In the beginning there were far fewer posters and were for the most part thoughtful and interesting. They have since bloated up to almost 37,000 likes and much of it has turned into a mob mentality. The admins also list daily HLN headlines as the bible of this trial...and we know how reliable HLN is. Sadly, now it's mostly a "sheep" page. I do think the Alexander family interacts with that page with warmth & sincerity because they have been very supportive of them in many ways. But as far as accurate or interesting information goes, not so much.

She was not given Jodi's journals after Jodi killed Travis....why? She admitted to not having that evidence. Who has that evidence? The defense team. This is not about Alyce people....100 percent. It is about the Jodi's defense fucking up royally and trying to manipulate the evidence. Alyce is the scapegoat here I believe. The Defense thought they could put this domestic abuse expert up on the stand and expect her to get away with testifying on half-evidence. Know that Alyce (before this trial) and her book is a primer for domestic abuse. I truly think Alyce was stymied. However, once she was IN, she was IN so she went forward. Her mistake was not bowing out.

And why do Psychiatrists have to document their "psychotherapy" notes according to HIPPA's privacy rules, if they don't conduct psychotherapy?

See Behavioral Therapy Category... Have you ever been to Psychiatrist? A good Psychiatrist will always encourage one to start or continue therapy with a Psychotherapist, especially immediately after that Psychiatrist prescribes anti-depressant or anti-psychotic or anti-anxiety drugs to their patients. These drugs will alter the patients moods and behaviors. Psychotherapy and Psychiatry should be mandatory for awhile until the patient levels out.
