i doubt any thong wll happen w/ this motion and i am sure nurmi will file for a mistrial for jury 11 leaving saying there are to many whute ppl on the jury so they are not jpdi's peers like he did right after jury selection

    Sick people.

I think we should stop talking about those people now? they clearly need help, it's sad. It's one thing to have doubts, everyone is entitled to have their own opinion, but the things they come up with and the things they say just boggles my mind. I feel bad for them and their pets, to be honest :/

No, because there is already a verdict.
    from HLN: http://www.hlntv.com/article/2013/02...ias-sentencing
    First-degree murder:

If the jurors unanimously decide Arias is guilty of first-degree murder for Alexander’s death, the case would then move to the aggravation phase.

That is the prosecution’s chance to present additional evidence that the death was caused in a cruel manner. Arizona law defines it as when the victim suffers physical pain or mental anguish and the defendant knew or should have known that the victim would suffer.

The jury would then deliberate for a second time to determine if the aggravating factor of cruelty is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

If the jury does not find her guilty of cruelty, the case ends and the judge sets a sentencing date within 30 to 60 days. At the sentencing, the judge decides whether to sentence Arias to natural life in prison or life with parole eligibility after 25 years.

But if the jury decides cruelty is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the case moves to the sentencing phase.

This is the defense’s opportunity to ask the jury for leniency and present evidence to support why Arias should be spared the death penalty. Witnesses may include Arias’ friends and family. Arias could also make a statement to the jury.

The jury then deliberates for a third time to determine whether Arias should be sentenced to life or death. Their decision must be unanimous. In the case of a deadlock, a mistrial would be granted and a new jury would be chosen for this phase only.

If the jury votes for the death penalty, Arias would be sentenced immediately and she is likely to be sent to death row within hours. If the jury opts for a life sentence, the judge will set a sentencing date within 30 to 60 days and, at that time, will sentence Arias to natural life or life with eligibility for parole after 25 years.

Had to turn her off tonight. I like her as a person, especially her advocacy for animals, but her need to play the "sensationalism" card so often turns me off.

Do we think he'll talk at all before this trial ends?
Intersting how the media (at least none that I have heard thus far), have expressed any great desire to interview him, find ou this name, etc., as they did juror #5. Just strange.

I agree with Estefanila... if ANYBODY is looking for a mistrial besides the defense, is the press.
Their ratings have got to be soaring just from this trial alone, why not do it all over again, they're hoping

I am trying to keep this short and use my voice recognition to type. So bear with me please.

In high school during three years I did my highschool sweetheart. After two years I realize this was not who I wanted to be with and wanted out. Over the time of the next year I would break up with him 3 times. Beach time he would cry and beg and pout and stalk me when I was out with my girlfriends. He would be hiding in the bushes when I get home by the back door begging me to take him back. We went to this three times during the next year. It's time I took him back because it was easier than having to deal with him while we were together and dealing with him while we were apart. He asked me to marry him and I said yes. This was my crazy train of thought as to why I said yes... in my youth and inexperience I came to the ridiculous conclusion it would be easier to get away from him if we were married so I could den file for divorce and make it final. Pretty stupid huh? But I seriously was already starting to tuck money away before our wedding so I could have money to divorce him.

One night I musta finally put my big girl panties on. It was two weeks before the wedding. I've course had my dress my girls have their dresses. Invites were out. Deposit made to caterer and florist. I was afraid to tell my mother and father. I was afraid to tell him my foolish plan. I knew they would be mad about investing all the money they did in a wedding. When I finally told my parents they were thrilled to hear my decision. Together we went through the steps of notifying the attendees, cancelling the plans as we went through it. The next few months went really hard as I tried to stay strong in my decision. He applied for a job at the place I was working at so he could be around me. The idiot always thought he was above being employed and relied on me to bring the income in
Suddenly now the little dick had wanted to get a job and where was this job yep in the same store I work in.

To make a long story longer. That time of my life has come back to me as I watch k
