They've had her behind doors with JM, Def, JA and Samantha a few times, so I'm guessing it's been dealt with already. I seriously doubt it would be in any open court but especially with this hide everything Judge. Judge recently added an order that all side bars be sealed, that is very rare, something I've never seen done before myself.

I think what is coming up Monday and Tuesday that is possibly her part is the motion for mistrial where Nurmi is crying JMs been mean to witnesses. I would expect if it isn't resolved without AL, Nurmi is going to have her get up there and play victim, 'Juan raised his voice at me'.

O.K. Thanks. At least I remembered that Alyce approached Samantha. That's not bad for my age.
You can advise HLN that I'm ready for my close-up. I've proved I can screw things up with the best of 'em.

Glad I can count on you guys.

Great. Thank you. I am looking forward to hearing this testimony and hopefully he'll find that JA somehow forged/staged IM's or emails in Travis's account. (I can hope!)

Another thought on that comment is: based on 90% non verbal -- why does she fkn talk so much? I say (like Jodi) if you have to elaborate on everything so much it means, to me, you are trying too hard to convince other people...cause you already know you're lying.

Well I'm going to get bashed for serial posting from the crabs but oh well.. no loony, until the end of the trial. But don't forget, the media has a standing order for then also to get things released. Some will stay sealed through appeals, but more will come out at end of her "fair trial".

IT IS ORDERED all bench conferences shall remain sealed not to be produced or transcribed until the conclusion of the trial.

They have giggled and laughed, rolled eyes, shaken their heads and commented as the prosecutor is up. They whisper and chit chat like they've been best buds forever! Do they seriously think the jury has not noticed this? A seasoned defense lawyer would be reeling in their client, especially when the DP is on the table. I have never seen anything quite like it, and I have been following court proceedings for years.
I was wondering how this will affect them in terms of the jurors opinions. If I were a defense attorney trying a death case, no way would I take the demeanor it is a joke.

Stuff I would rather be doing than coming back to the courthouse on Tuesday:

    1. Putting on an apron to do laundry and dishes for Martinez
    2. Marrying a man
    3. Admitting that a woman could lie
    4. Changing my mind about Jodi
    5. Getting an anal probe
    6. Letting a man win an argument
    7. Accepting that a woman could batter a man
    8. Taking it up the butt from Bobby Jaurez

Can a mistrial be declared if there is a hung jury in the sentencing phase? Sorry if that seems like a dumb question. I'm guessing the answer is probably yes.

It came to me that in a way the idea of Jodi Arias (not the actual gal), is kind of a martyr for the good. She is taking all the pent-up anger and aggression of the haters, and this in turn protects others in their actual lives. I have said this before, the routinely abused children of the haters are probably getting their heads above water during this trial – the haters/bullys/abusers are so busy with Arias, they don’t have the time to beat their children. So maybe in a way, this trial is good for the most vulnerable & voiceless in the U.S. & the rest of the world.

i am not surprised from what i read, kinda thought if this went really long he would be the one of jurors who would plan an escape - i personally would be faking a heart attack right about now to escape this circus - or say i accidently watched a NG marathon

    OMG!!!

You all better get back to beating your children, pronto. I think I'm going to order mine to mix me up something with vodka before I beat them. Oh wait...we don't have any children in the house. Anyone want to lend me yours? I promise we'll beat them excessively.

JAII people are scary. Really scary.

I am still watching the end of today's trial. I only missed the end, but when I went to watch I just HAD to rewatch Juan's questioning. I think AL impeached herself. Jodi isn't looking too happy at all.

Some people are just born blabbers. AL is one with a step up further because she loves to hear her own voice. Add that to it is how she makes $$$, the slower she goes here, the more she made, toss in your trying too hard and she is a very combative person. Like Stabby she has the trait of needing to feel power through control. So it's a mix of problems which results in a pain in the ass liar.

I'm so excited about this one! JM wouldn't be adding him unless they found something. I didn't care for the first computer guy at all! He talked like he had a mouth full of marbles, wasn't clear and consise and left me with a feeling he did some sloppy work. Glad we have a second go at it and I pray this guy is better than the last one! JackPot to me would be, if they can show her entering TA's systems and deleting her own emails that she is claiming in the trial to support any of her BS. THAT would be a home run hit.

Wondering if Juror 11 wanted off this duty because he can try to cash in for statements to the press...
Does that sound too far fetched?
Do we think he'll talk at all before this trial ends?
