I seriously doubt it would be in any open court but especially with this hide everything Judge. Judge recently added an order that all side bars be sealed, that is very rare, something I've never seen done before myself.

I think what is coming up Monday and Tuesday that is possibly her part is the motion for mistrial where Nurmi is crying JMs been mean to witnesses. I would expect if it isn't resolved without AL, Nurmi is going to have her get up there and play victim, 'Juan raised his voice at me'.

Ian, it wasn't at the end of the day. It was when AL asked for a break. The end of day friends arm and arm walk wasn 't mixed in with AL approaching the victim's sister Samantha. The end of day was when AL walked to Nurmi first and they were hugging, then AL's friend waiting in the center aisle walked out with AL with their arms around AL.

Well I'm going to get bashed for serial posting from the crabs but oh well.. no loony, until the end of the trial. But don't forget, the media has a standing order for then also to get things released. Some will stay sealed through appeals, but more will come out at end of her "fair trial".

What has amazed me, regarding the defense council......they have not set forth, by their client or their own example, a respectful behavior towards the judicial process. Jodi and her lawyers have shown no respect for themselves, the judge, the jury, the state, the observers, the witnesses OR the victim. None. They have giggled and laughed, rolled eyes, shaken their heads and commented as the prosecutor is up. They whisper and chit chat like they've been best buds forever! Do they seriously think the jury has not noticed this? A seasoned defense lawyer would be reeling in their client, especially when the DP is on the table. I have never seen anything quite like it, and I have been following court proceedings for years.

I was wondering how this will affect them in terms of the jurors opinions. If I were a defense attorney trying a death case, no way would I take the demeanor it is a joke.

It came to me that in a way the idea of Jodi Arias (not the actual gal), is kind of a martyr for the good. She is taking all the pent-up anger and aggression of the haters, and this in turn protects others in their actual lives. I have said this before, the routinely abused children of the haters are probably getting their heads above water during this trial – the haters/bullys/abusers are so busy with Arias, they don’t have the time to beat their children. So maybe in a way, this trial is good for the most vulnerable & voiceless in the U.S. & the rest of the world.

This is getting ridiculous, I'm glad I'm not a taxpayer in AZ. I would like to see a total calculated for the whole trial comparing time spent in sidebars and recess to time spent testifying.

Juror #11 has been excused because he's ill. The breakdown of the jury is now 10 men and 6 women. Juror #11 appears to have been Hispanic--the only visible minority on the panel. #JodiArias

He is a Hispanic male in his late 20s to early 30s. He dresses casually and sometimes slouches so far down in his chair that he is hardly visible to the gallery. He does not appear to be taking notes.

i am not surprised from what i read, kinda thought if this went really long he would be the one of jurors who would plan an escape - i personally would be faking a heart attack right about now to escape this circus - or say i accidently watched a NG marathon

Yes but if the first hangs, then they can order a new jury just for the sentencing phase iirc

Some people are just born blabbers. AL is one with a step up further because she loves to hear her own voice. Add that to it is how she makes $$$, the slower she goes here, the more she made, toss in your trying too hard and she is a very combative person. Like Stabby she has the trait of needing to feel power through control. So it's a mix of problems which results in a pain in the ass liar.

I'm so excited about this one! JM wouldn't be adding him unless they found something. I didn't care for the first computer guy at all! He talked like he had a mouth full of marbles, wasn't clear and consise and left me with a feeling he did some sloppy work. Glad we have a second go at it and I pray this guy is better than the last one! JackPot to me would be, if they can show her entering TA's systems and deleting her own emails that she is claiming in the trial to support any of her BS. THAT would be a home run hit.
