Yep, it's Nurms pushing for a mistrial with the Martinez autographs thing. Miss Wong was supposed to be called around the time that the others were I believe -- Jinkasaurus, Beth Karas and JurorKatie. He said in those cases that the attorneys could either be rude and snub the public, or they can politely oblige and move on. If Nurmi had done the same thing, I still wouldn't see the issue at all.

The motion is a joke. He starts out listing all his previous DENIED motions which is lame enough, then there's the conclusion paragraph. No substance, case law, nothing inbetween. Nurmi taking up time is all it is acting like he actually has something to hold over JMs head.

Short version: Alyce and the defense got their asses handed to them by the jurors.

Longer version: Lots of questions from the jury basically showing that they have issue with the fact that Alyce is just basically taking Jodi's word for things. Couple of questions were such that they seemed to be probing as to whether Alyce is plain-old biased against men. Question basically stating that isn't what Jodi did to Travis much more abusive than what Travis allegedly did to her?

Seemed like the jury just wasn't falling for the "Jodi was abused" excuse.

Alyce showed a lot of disdain for the real victim, Travis.

Now I am going to have to go back to check the numbers. I think the back row should be reversed, number 10 is seat nearest witness. I have an older bald man with a tattoo on his forearm as last.
