She also said the hearing will start at 9:30. Guess that will be public?

He sat in back row of jury, which is on wall opposite defense table, in front of Travis' side. I think he was about 2 or 3 seats from witness stand. So a bit closer to defendant. But it is pretty far away.
Hard to tell; if any are not playing with a full deck, I think I would pick him...

Its all good. There was a recent mistrial motion brought up by Nurmi prior to court one day a couple weeks ago and he had Jinkasaurus testify right then but for some reason Ms. Wong couldn't.
