I agree. I think there's more to the story than "he's ill and can't proceed". You would think it would have come up before now.

I do think it sounds sketchy and we know Nurms is trying hard to cause a mistrial. Interesting that all the jurors made it 4 months; then 2 dismissed within a week of each other.

I wonder if Juror #11 just was feeling ill (you know, like the times they cancelled court for Jodi's migraines and when Alyce was sick) and was told if he left, he would be excused for the rest of the trial? I guess they don't cancel court if a juror is sick and just release them? Just my guess.

No, I don't think they get dismissed for something like that. I think, just a week or couple weeks ago, court was cancelled I believe because a juror was ill.
