I don't understand Juror 11 being excused now. If he has to be completely gone from the jury, wouldn't it have to be a serious illness or condition? If that was the case, how and why was he okay to be in court today up until the last break?

I would think if it was something chronic, or serious, he would've come in this morning and said he couldn't go on.

Maybe he wanted to go on and tried his hardest not to leave.

He was the most 'unusual' looking but did not look ill on Wed. He is the one that I noted swiveled in his chair a lot. Waist length black ponytail, stache and goatee. Could not see his piercings. Very strange, they don't know if he will be recovered by Monday so why the dismissal? ( I think this is 11)

I wonder if Juror #11 just was feeling ill (you know, like the times they cancelled court for Jodi's migraines and when Alyce was sick) and was told if he left, he would be excused for the rest of the trial? I guess they don't cancel court if a juror is sick and just release them? Just my guess.
