Travis often alluded to Jodi lacking a conscience. I don't think this should be put in the same category as name-calling and verbal abuse, as LaViolette and Willmott have done throughout the trial. He probably meant it, and it was probably true.

I don't understand Juror 11 being excused now. If he has to be completely gone from the jury, wouldn't it have to be a serious illness or condition? If that was the case, how and why was he okay to be in court today up until the last break?

I would think if it was something chronic, or serious, he would've come in this morning and said he couldn't go on.
