I have wondered why she turned down his proposal after 7 years? And why he said she was nuts, or did Jodi make that up? Jodi offered her a cookie when Deanna stopped by, that super huge batch she baked while Travis was not home.
Has Deanna or Mimi married meanwhile? I know Lisa and Ryan Burns have and have children too.


Now that I got to the end, I am going to have to google that 48 hours, never saw that one. Then hit up David Lohr for todays proceedings.

Though after reading the juror questions already, I can skip that. I am wondering why they keep putting questions in there, I would be so ready to say adios to her. If they don't believe her anyway...why ask her what she thinks. Some are rhetorical, and take time. The jurors are a varied crew. Some look super conservative, but who knows. The guy with the earphones did not appear to me to be the oldest one. He had a full head of gray hair. There are a couple totally bald old guys. And two waist length ponytails, one gray on a slender older male, and one jet black on a roly poly young male with stache and goatee.

I don't know about Mimi but no Deanna has never married.

Sad; I mean this in a totally observant manner, but I wonder if Deanna was just waiting for Travis to "grow up" a little, spread his wings, etc...? They look like they belonged together, in the few available photos of the two of them. God, I feel for her! I can't imagine what goes through her mind each time she looks at Napoleon... And can't imagine what that poor dog may have heard (or seen) on 6/4/2008. FYI, I was born 6/4/78, kinda one of the first things that caught my eye when skimming whatever I was reading with the news of the trial... I just pray for the DP, with a 20 year "green mile" to walk for this loon...

I don't agree with the way some people have handled Alyce's stance on the trial (the book reviews/the petitions etc). But I don't consider it as witness tampering; more of a freedom of speech. People have to understand, that this case has brought out an extreme amount of emotions from people all across the the world. People are angry that Jodi has more rights than what has been given to the real victim in the case. That on top of the fact that Alyce is misrepresenting true DV victims in her testimony and obviously so completely biased toward the defense, that it really is bringing out the worst in some people. She is infuriating to watch...very unprofessional, combative, and even extremely immature.

I think that the "lynch mob" mentality is truly because that is the only way some people can let it be known that they do not agree with her and her biased "opinion". People are upset, angry and rightfully so. She is a big witness for the trial, and it's really troublesome watching the bias to be so blatantly transparent.

It's one thing to testify on your opinion on what you believe Jodi "endured", but it's also another to be completely defiant about opposing sides. She flat out refuses to admit to ANYTHING Jodi did wrong. It's a shame that she put her lifelong work on the line for someone who could care less what happens to her.

Quoting myself = icky, but I just remembered that that day, my 30th bday, my husband and I rode our quads up and down Fossil Creek, and I witnessed clouds form for the first time that day, and came within 3 feet if a coyote on a potty break behind a bush, scaring the pizzle outta both of us... Weird to vividly remember THAT day, while Travis was desperately fighting for his life! If only he had someone nonjudgmental that he could've confided his deep dark secrets to and get some true help ridding himself of the Devil... I'm so sorry Travis, sorry you couldn't see the wolf in sheepskin clothing :(

This woman, eau de toilette is asked what she learned about Travis? And her response that she knew he was disrespectful to women, he was abusive, anger issues, he would push sex limits, he irritated women, he knew how to play them, controlling, demeaned women!!!! She learned this how??? She did no interviews with family or friends. This woman has no sense of who Travis was. And she has the unmitigated gaul to sit there with her arrogant false sense of her "position" and say this BS and expect to be respected and taken seriously???? Bleechhh I am so over her and her haughtiness! And she knooowwss all about Travis and Deanna's relationship??

Jodi has had 4 boyfriends and half of them are dead. Hmmm

I agree. Deanna did a great interview on 48 hours. She spoke very well of her years with Travis. She said he never treated her with anything but kindness and respect. She said that they would get into arguments, like any other couple, but they would always work them out together. She said he never spoke harshly and she said he never even raised his voice to her. So, I believe she will be a good witness for the prosecution, because she rebuts everything they are trying to say about Travis.

Deanna did an interview with 48hours? I've seen both versions of their story on Travis but have never seen Deanna, do you have a link for this? TIA

I only know of one dead boyfriend and that's Travis. Bobby attempted suicide the first time Jodi broke up with him. She testified he went to a mental hospital after that. She called him later, when the old man in the restaurant told her the end was near, and they had a 2nd go around at a relationship. She followed him to Oregon where he was Matt McCartneys room mate.
