Geez, only two hours left in the day and we've only had a few minutes of trial.

THIS TRIAL IS NEVER GOING TO END.

Maybe AL is having fainting spells.

While we are waiting, does anyone think

A.) That Alyce will look over the jury at some point and say "are you mad me?"

B.) That Alyce will turn and tell the jurors that if they were in her class she would them a time out?

This con artist is going to go right into her def character with them which wil prove just what her act was under cross.

Someone was saying that we lose the "surprise" factor when they get the opportunity to review juror's questions and that it'd be great if only the judge knew them in advance. They were saying that it loses impact when the witness is prepared for the questions as they have time to formulate an answer - like with Jodi.

So, I believe it was then responded to that even if that is the case, JM doesn't give them a list of questions he is going to ask so we DO get to see the "caught off guard with no time to create an answer" aspect.

It was all just part of a forward-moving conversation. That is how it all got connected. Hope that helps!! :) (Your off day would be about as on as one of my on-days! You are sharp as the knives in Jodi's collection!!)

Sure, privacy is sacred, no doubt....BUT Travis made a commitment to a sect of organized religion that prohibited this kind of behavior. Had he not been affiliated with Mormonism and trumpeted its benefits and morals etc, it would have been a different story for him. Remember, at least 2 of the women, he had romantic interest in, he challenged them to read the Book of Mormon. The bottom line is, yes...a private sex life is completely acceptable as long as that person does not adhere to the dogma of organized religion in a very public way. Travis was very visible spokesman for his beliefs. Great. Its OK to believe what you believe but if you are a public figure on any level then....the risk is obvious. Either don't do it, or don't get caught or ....the best scenario : confess ones weaknesses with the intent towards healing . You can't have it all.

But Arias also was a mormon. She blames TA for leading her astray but her victim act cuts no ice when you listen to the sex tapes. She was, according to her own testimony, a willing participant. She smugly and defiantly spat at Martinez about how she enjoyed the sex. TA's hypocrisy was a simple human flaw. Arias' hypocrisy was a means to an end - to hook Travis. That is a critical difference given that she slaughtered him when she didn't get her own way.

If she hadn't killed him and their relationship was being discussed, most people would have pegged them both as hypocritical in their religious beliefs. Big deal. Lots of people are.

She did not get a copy of juror questions to "study'. She had a short time to review the questions with her attorneys.

I guessed May, but that was just for the trial. If she is found guilty, the penalty phase could push it into June or even July if they have a break in between.
