From what I read the defense wants to keep out b/c there is no way of knowing now, 5 years later what type shelving was in the closet in 2008. Which makes sense, unless the current owners will attest that they have not changed the shelves.

But, numerous similar homes were built in that area. Some are identical to Travis's. From what I've read, the shelving was a builder option. Apparently the new owners had the entire bathroom-closet area redesigned and remodeled.

Yep, we've seen it but the reporter who wrote the story was very biased IMO. ALV didn't go to the hospital because of the Internet barrage. She went knowing she was going to get reamed out on Monday for improperly approaching Sam on Thursday. The reporter does not know what happened in judges chambers.

Has anyone seen this picture? It's a CVS bag, in some sort of trash can. It appears to have products inside. It looks like a picture of a man in a swimsuit; so, boxes of tanning lotion that Jodi bought?

I commented on this earlier... the article was very one-sided and you're right... it didn't mention that AL violated victim's rights laws in court and also, yes, how could the reporter know what happened in the closed hearing?... it was speculation.
