I have to say that would be the case. I could hear him a lot better when he objected while sitting at the desk. To tell you the truth, I listened intently to Juan but when Palin took over, I just focused on the jury and Stabby and Nurmi's staring at them. When Palin got up there, almost in unison, the jury put most of their heads in their hands. They didn't display emotion but they were noticeably not looking forward to the next questions and ALV explaining in detail.

I'm hoping the jury didn't believe ALV much, she was way over the top. Apparantly we are all violent because most of us have said or done something. Years ago my ex got mad because the car wouldn't start, so he threw the keys into the snow. I asked him if his brains were in his head or his ass! I guess that was a nono to say, and that scarred him for the next 36 years we were together. I guess he was scared to leave.
I just tuned to NG show, Jodi looks SO SAD. Love that backward jacket, I'm sure she knew it would draw attention to her. I guess there's no love loss for ALV. I just saw the part where ALV couldn't remember what finger was misshapen. After being there 7 days and she never looked? Beth and Jane couldn't get over the being in the closet story.

Ok, on NG, some woman just said that there is a possibility of recalling a witness; the guy who verified the phone sex tape; but she doesn't know why.

Also, this woman said that there were 7 tapes in all. Seven? Am I the only one who didn't know that? I did come to the trial about the time Jodi took the stand, so I certainly could've missed it.

The fact that there are 7 recordings that Jodi made, makes the whole thing extra creepy. I wonder if Travis knew about any of them? I also wonder why we haven't heard about the contents. I mean, okay it's probably unrealistic and unfair to put the jury through 7 sex tapes, but I'm surprised we haven't heard the contents at least.
