So busy at work that I can't keep up with the thread, but if a Juror doesn't ask if the shoes were on the other foot and if a man was showing up unannounced at a woman's house and was looking into her windows if she would call it stalking. I think ALV is full of horse shit.

I think he was not completely serious "OMG she won't leave me alone!". Travis was playing these other women, telling them "Jodi was a stalker", and at the same time maintaining an emotional/sexual relationship with Jodi the stalker. He put his dick in his stalker's butthole. Jodi was not a stalker because he maintained and invited contact.
It was a ploy to make himself look more attractive to these other women. Hey look, I'm so amazing that I can't get rid of an old girlfriend. It's also great cover for why you are still in contact with an ex as a fuckbuddy. Don't ask me how I know that.
Martinez is getting busted for calling her a stalker, but he scored points by just talking about it.
