I agree. Every time she discounts something about Travis and that she believes his actions say he was not afraid, I immediately turn it around and apply the same to Jodi. Jodi, by HER actions and words, was not in line with Alyce's testimony of her being a battered and abused woman. She has successfully impeached her own credibility. The jury has HEARD the testimony of Dan Freeman and Lisa Andrews, right from their own mouth! JM is brilliant. I have watched his work in other trials, as well. I don't think he loses many of his cases, and it's obvious to see why.

That is one of the biggest problems here, imo. I have never seen expert witnesses behave in quite such a totally biased way before. Hopefully the jury sees that there is not even a semblance of slight impartiality remaining with this witness? That every answer is (and will be), "if Jodi did it or said it, it is good and innocent and she is always a victim, but if Travis did it or said it, he is evil scum and totally in the wrong and there is no way he is a victim of anything ever because he is a nasty pedophile abuser." Ugh.

Imo, THIS is the real Jodi Arias.
The camera caught her in a "micro expression", which is usually too fast to be consciously detected by humans, but which shows the truth behind the mask. I'm not sure there has been such a totally revealing photo of a criminal defendant since that famous photo of Charles Manson.
When I think back on this trial years from now, and all the time I poured into it, and all the zillions of photos we have all looked at, THIS will be the image I will always remember. The true Jodi Arias, without her mask.

Reading the court minutes and based on an interview with a DV expert who turned it down. I'll see if I can find it. Nurmi was getting desperate and that's part of why Alyce joined the case so late.
The defense not only opened the door with this witness they also did it with Marie Hall (Mimi) and Lisa Andrews and both Freemans. The more Alyce advocates for Stabby and the more she refuses to acknowledge ANY of Stabby's actions or lack thereof (journal entries) the more she looks biased.
Also should have asked "If she couldn't gain entry could that indicate TA changed the pin code to the keyless entry"
yeah, exactly... and maybe add "do you know if she tried the doggy-door when she didn't have the correct lock code?" :) AL's stonewalling and inability to see anything nefarious in JA's behavior when the Jury and everyone else knows she's a schemer, will discredit her entire testimony.

A friend of Travis said she did indeed have the combination so she could access her stuff in the garage. She said she needed her SS card which was packed there, she didn't keep it on her for "security reasons"
