What this tells us: The defense team was unable to find a "real" forensic DV witness to testify in the manner they needed, so they end up with a DV expert who makes for a poor witness uneducated in how to properly testify.
Alyce has been thrown to the wolves a bit here, and Wilmott is much to blame for not preparing her as a witness.

Regan IM message- Travis said he was extremely fearful of the stalking event? He did not say that. JM asks for an approach.
Alyce says she sees no behavior supporting Travis' fear.
JM wants to asks a question, but the judge says approach.
Jury has to leave for 5 minutes. We are at recess for 3 minutes

Travis was extremely afraid of Jodi based on her stalking behavior, right? Yes he was afraid of her.
EX 614- Alyce tells JM that he is miscategorizing her chart. Alyce is not responsive to JM's question on stalking in her chart. (Alyce wants to argue)
EX 558-JM is showing Alyce her chart that was presented in court. Alyce is not responisve to JM's question. (The judge has to keep getting on to her- and Alyce and JM are getting very heated) Alyce doesn't have the word "stalking" in the chart she made. JM is making Alyce read her whole chart off. There is no word stalking in her chart. Stalking is only listed under terrorism.
Alyce says she saw no stalking. Alyce keeps saying to every question "it's not a yes or no answer" JM asks for an approach.

Aug 26, 2007- diary entry-Jodi's heart is sick diary entry.

Her diary makes NO mention of Jodi peeking in the window.

That's when the abuse started, right? It was in October 2007. The first abuse time- Travis grabbed her by the shoulders and threw her down. Alyce doesn't know where they were.

(JM is saying that Jodi sees him with another woman and that's when the "abuse" starts-so Jodi says)
You are biased in this case for Jodi? It makes sense b/c of battered women.
JM is saying that Alyce takes other stories to make a case for abuse in Jodi's story. Alyce is saying all the men in her group would think Travis was abusive. JM is saying "you don't know what the men in your group think" but Alyce is stubborn and stands by what she says about the men in her group.
There's nothing written in Oct 07 about abuse? Right

Can't stalking also be somebody that makes up a lie like Pedo? Alyce considers that blackmailing behavior. Alyce says that Jodi is not a stalker b/c Travis didn't do anything to protect himself (Yeah, she's a freaking nut)
"Get away from me" is a response to stalking, right? I don't see stalking here.

JM should have ping-ponged off of AL answer that Jodi "tried the key-less lock" "she tried to get in" before she snooped in back etc by saying "so if she wasn't invited by Mr. Alexander then she was trying to illegally break into his house, correct?" etc...
